Was very skeptical about the area based on these reviews.

I didn’t see anybody on the whole street loitering or walking. Only cars of employees driving back and forth to different warehouses.

I saw a review that said someone was at gunpoint. This obviously is room for concern as well as the reports that trailers get broken into.

Supposedly the place begins receiving at 0200? Not sure. I suspect that would be the time crime happens. But again at 0500 thugs usually are getting into bed while the working class is waking up.

Overall smooth delivery. Navigating streets very simple.

Yes - back trailer in from the street. Very simple. Good practice. Don’t be worried , slow and steady and make your adjustments and you will dock. Be patient with yourself if you are worried.

I had door 3. A trailer came out of there and then I went to the same one. Seems that’s the common one they use as they know it’s the most practical for trucks.

If you deliver here, be prepared to wait. Docs are meant for box trucks. One must park on the street, walk inside the yard and go to the second set of steps passed the docs to check in, than wait for a call. Once called, you must back in from the street as there is no room to turn around inside the yard. There are also obstacles such as cars and their yard fence you must avoid while backing in with your doors open. When dark outside be prepared to find your way thru the dark.

Our drivers were victims of trailer cargo theft yesterday at this location. Two pallets were stolen. My driver was held at gunpoint, surrounded by 9-10 cars with 25-30 people. He was also thrown to the ground and injured. The cops and the company themselves mentioned robberies/cargo theft happens every week in that location. Please check other reviews as well, this isn't the first time. This is completely unacceptable and they are not taking any preventative measures despite it being common in this area.

Going by this being my first time here. Learned appointment times are irrelevant. Arrive 0143, appointment 0400, 0800 still waiting for door.

Street parking is sketchy, but once you park (on street) and check in, they will call you to park on their lot.

Not a lot of room so focus.

Park on street , might be crowded . Then walk to office go past docks and will see stairs to office beside the box trucks.
They will call when door ready . They usually do one truck at a time due to very limited and tight space . They took 30-40min to unload half trailer then they come to you with paperwork.

Park on the street, walk in to check in. You do have to back in from the street. No worries though, there is plenty of room to do so. Hold it close to the left as you do so. There isn't a whole lot of room to maneuver but it really isn't that bad. Plenty of space between doors. The staff was very friendly. I was here maybe 40 minutes from start to finish. I did have to pay a lumper fee. Worst part of this trip was dealing with Philadelphia traffic. But that's what we are paid to do. I'd come here again no issues.

I didn't think I'd have a good experience here from the moment I turned onto 3rd st. You cannot pull straight in here. You need to park first, check in, and after they call you, you'll back in from the street. Well, there was no room to park on the street. Took several minutes to find some. I walked my paperwork to the receiving office. The lady at the window wasn't quite rude, but was definitely abrupt. I took it in stride and headed back to the truck. When called, I backed in from the street. It's not a super difficult back, but it is pretty tight beyond the gate and there are no lights of any sort on the fencing you need to avoid while trying to aim the tail for the door. I could have hit this on my own during the day, but did struggle a bit in the dark. A gentleman that works here saw this and helped me through getting me backed up perfectly. Unloading went quickly. Overall a pretty good experience.

I got here at 4a.m. for an 8:30a.m. appointment. Park on the street preferably backing into a pole. Someone was out here breaking into trucks earlier this morning. The people where nice. You will have to back up off the street and it is very tight once in the yard. Your backing skills will be tested. They do have a restroom. I would go back. I love the challenge. My Garmin brought me right to it. Lineage logistics is right next door.
