Toured model homes and considered a move to the community. Well done and very beautiful, but then I looked at the large community pool. Beautiful, resort style, but only sun heated? Explains why no one was there on a Sunday afternoon. There was another much, much smaller pool that I couldn't get into that appeared to maybe be heated because people were actually using it. And a very tiny spa, much too crowded. The fitness center was fantastic, one entire wall opens up. I didn't care for the common area facilities overall, so decided against any purchase there.

Why on earth didn't they heat the Ranch Cove pool? Tons of people here on Memorial Day weekend, but only a few brave souls actually in the water due to the water temperature. All of the other RMV pools are heated, allowing you to get the most use out of them year-round, which is awesome. It's not uncommon in so-cal for weather to be cold at night, and then warm during the day. Even in the hot sun, the water will hold onto the icy chill from the night before if it's not heated. Unfortunate to see we're not heating such a beautiful pool. Rienda's getting short-changed on this one.
