Pickup scheduled for 13:00 it is 18:00 now and I have seen trucks that arrived after me come and go with no problem. Never coming here again. Horrible customer service. Time is money and the people here have no issue wasting yours. They must get paid hourly and paid breaks cause this is absolutely ridiculous. Bad business. I’ll give it 1 star since 0 stars isn’t an option.

Apt time at 1700 arrived at 1300 out at 1435... as of today 12/4/2023 they are doing construction in the parking lot so it is really tight backing and the roads to get there and out are city roads so swing wide! No over night parking right now and Port a potty...

A truly pathetic company. Began the hiring process with two interviews, then a 2.5 hour interview with 5 people, then they said there were two more interviews with additional people after that. If you need to put me through more than three interviews with more than 3-4 people, for a management role, it tells me the company’s leadership team is incapable of simple decision making and disrespectful of people’s time. Certainly not a company you will find me working for.

Truck Drivers be advised! This facility is unpredictable! Appointment doesn't mean anything here! Pick or deliver here bearing in mind you could get stuck for hours, to even a day. Several times I have been at this facility, waiting time has ranged between 0-9 hours. They do have a limited staging/Parking space, day or overnight with a Potable toilet outside the building. There is a shopping complex walking distance from the facility. Food and drinks are easily accessible. Plan ahead 😮

Awesome place. Got there at my delivery time with only one truck ahead of me being off loaded. Once the driver moved and I backed into the door. I was loaded quickly. And on top of that my paperwork wad done as soon as the loading was complete. Within 2 hours and 15 minutes I wad back on the road. Thank you so much 2nd shift. I wad able to get further down the road than I expected. Again thank you 2nd shift.

I was having an awful day. I was running late and everything that could possibly go wrong had. Including my key to my industrial padlock snapping off inside my lock with out opening. Great, swell, just what's next lord? I explained my situation to my unloader, she quickly relayed it to the maintenance department. In the meantime, an other employ who was near by offered his help. He quickly ran home to get his portable grinder he had gotten for Christmas and not been able yet to test it out. Between both of these gentlemen, and a few batteries and grinding blades we managed in a shower of sparks to wrest the doors open on my trailer. It did it take a few minutes to cut through that super harden steel, but with much laughter and kindness all our day was improved. I was unloaded and allowed to parked for the night. Awesome people. Be nice, be friendly, and life is good.

Right side of Myrtle St, big red sign says truck entrance. Staging area for 3-4 big trucks, check-in at door with covering. No public RR but Porta John's. Lots of grass for dogs to run around.
