I have eaten natto in my Japanese family since I was a child. This is a high quality product. Not dried out at all. I especially like that it is produced in the USA and not shipped frozen solid. I like eating it all ways but love it with a dab of mustard, sliced green onion and grated daikon. A bit of soy sauce or a dash of salt.

I make miso every year for our family consumption and buy their Koji every time. (Our annual event) Their Koji is super high quality so my miso gets insanely tasty. I can’t go back to the miso from grocery store even they are from Japan. Making miso is simple. Mix all ingredients(pressure cooked and mashed soy bean, Koji and salt) then let it sit as long as you want. Aging period is up to personal preference and what type of miso you make. I usually let miso sit a year. After a year, still rice grains remain so I use food processor to make miso complete paste. Miso can be used any purpose. I like Miso dipping sauce for fresh vegetables like cucumber, cabbage and carrot. Just mix one part of miso and 2 or 3 part of Japanese mayonnaise. Yum.

First I'll say, I much appreciate the genuine concern and honest integrity extended by this company. It's good to know there are conscientious trustworthy people such as they are.

I placed an order with Rhapsody Natural Foods and the USPS delivery which was sent priority mail arrived three days later than it should. The particular food product ordered was clearly labeled, (refrigerate upon receipt) on a large bright green sticker. To top it off the package was left at the front door in 95 degree weather without a knock or doorbell ring. After contacting the company via email, they with much understanding advised us not to consume the product and gave us a full refund, despite the fact that it was the fault of the Post Office.

I highly recommend and trust such a quality customer service with good scruples which means they will surely have quality products... A company that cares!

I could not find healthy natto in any Asian store, as they all contain a long list of preservatives and even sugar! Rhapsody's natto is AMAZING! It is a lot more expensive than the unhealthy brands. I wish a local market carried it so that perhaps it would be more affordable since I would not have to have it shipped to my house frozen. In any case, it is still worth it. I am grateful for this company because there are no other options out there!

I've been searching for gluten free natto for a long time, so it was such a blessing to find this company. My order arrived so quickly, the ice was still frozen! Clearly packaged with care. I emailed them a question and they got back to me right away. Great customer service and great products!
