We have had our solar system from Renova for over 10 years.the service has always been impeccable. A recent issue with our Sunpower system was resolved quickly and at no charge, despite the relationship ending. I would recommend them for anything!

Big Job, slight delays, quality work, very happy customer! This project came in substantially less $$ than two competitive quotes. We had 38 panels and 3 powerwalls installed. One day delay with roofing and one day delay with electrical. They managed to get final inspection completed day of completion. System looks great and is running as expected.. solar power to spare 🙂 Very communicative during entire process. Was a pleasure doing business with them.

Renova Energy Rocks - after a nasty power surge from southern California electric, my 28 panel system was left fried. SCE still will not reply to my calls or emails. Thank God, I went with Renova. Even though they were going through troubled waters of their own and not sure if things were going to sink or swim , they showed up in full force to help out. Thank God for my homeowners policy.

A huge thanks for bringing this nightmare to an end. If you’re looking for a customer service based company look no further. There is plenty of competition and I could have gone with anyone. Glad I chose you, Renova.

Worst decision, should have gone with another provider. Had them out, they provided their recommendation, moved forward. Installation went well. Year one SCE true-up bill: over $4,000 all totatled. Basically, minimal to no benefit for paying $40+K to install. When reached out to discuss, initial sales response was to get batteries. Operations / customer service support is non-existent. They're the new SCE in terms of how they manage customer dialogue. If you can reach a team member, the level of care and helpfulness and insight is zero. Now in year two we're tracking for a true up bill of several thousand. So, after all's said and done, paid $40+k to install solar to have minimal to non-existent benefit on monthly SCE bills. Good times.

Very few companies do I give a 5-star rating to, but Renova Energy is absolutely deserving of such a rating. On February 1st I meet with our service coordinator, Mark Licon. We got our PTO (permit to operate) from SCE on the April 3rd. That was quick!

Professional, knowledgeable, passion, best project manager with immediate follow up all describe how Mark handled our project. He showed me around their facility and took the time to ensure I understood what I was getting into. I met the CEO, engineers and others who do all the data to ensure proper placement of our solar system. Sun Solar even called to see if I had any questions about their panels.

The crew that came out to install the system was courteous, knowledgeable and quick! They did an outstanding job installing the panels. The lead on the job checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions and let us know what they would be doing for the day. I give high marks to their installation crew as well.

We had around 5 companies come out and each had their 'flair' on trying to sell you a solar system. Mark and the Renova crew made sure we had all the information and details needed, so we could make an informed decision. They have options on purchase and a stellar leasing program. I had no intention of playing 'stump the salesman' but we had a lot of questions about installation and energy production and usage. Mark & his Renova team answered each question. We have had a few issues with contractors upon moving here a few months back. Mark, Renova and their employees gave us a renewed faith that there are true professionals in the Valley. I recommend them to my neighbors and friends. I am sold on their business and their employees. You can tell they all are happy to be there and take pride in their work & company.

Got our solar panels from Renova recently. Enrique was our rep and he really stood out. Super good with communication, always kept us in the loop, and made sure everything was clear. The crew was efficient and tidy and wrapped things up quicker than we expected. Shoutout to Enrique for going the extra mile post-install. Looking forward to seeing the difference in our bill. All things considered, Renova's got it down, and with folks like Enrique, you're in good hands. If you're thinking solar, i highly recommend Renova.

Renova has recently installed the solar panels on our home in Palm Desert. We can't recommend them highly enough! They kept us updated and were on time installing and left no mess behind.
Brian Rodrigues was the crew chief for us. He answered every phone call in a timely fashion and always called us as to when workers would be arriving. We so appreciate his professional manner and happy nature! He deserves to be rewarded as an exceptional employee at Renova!!
I believe Renova being local gave us a very good experience.

Beware of Renova Energy. They sell a good game and fail to deliver at every turn. It was October of 2023 when we asked for a job quote. Got it very quickly along with two invoices for deposit which I promptly paid. Radio silence until I call in February and they admit they dropped the ball on obtaining permits. Was told the job would take 3-4 days. A couple of different crews, numerous inconveniences and they wrap up the job after almost a month. I get the final invoice before I even get a call to tell me they are done. The system is still not operating properly. Today I get a mechanics lean from Renova. They may be a large company but they operate like amateurs. Would not recommend this company unless it was someone I didn't like and wanted to truly annoy.
