One of the highlights from our trip to Palm Springs for Christmas 2024. Saralyn is very warm and knowledgable as she shares her passion and experience as a lady date farmer. Her date ranch tour is a fascinating experience for anyone. From learning about the valuable role peacocks play in date farming to traveling through her meticulous farm, the time spent is unique and informative. Her dates are delicious and fresh.

Totally awesome. Saralyn was so friendly and helpful, and gave us some samples to make our selection easier. She packed our box as well. She had an appointment so we were not able to stay long and look around the grounds. Maybe next time. It was also her birthday the next day. Her dates were flavourful. She also had rescue cats and dogs. I give it 10 peacocks out of 10.

My friend and I had a great time on the tour! Saralyn is very funny! I'm going to come back with my husband soon, and I will also be ordering more dates. The dates are extremely high quality; I've never had such good dates. No more grocery store dates for me! It's a beautiful farm and we also enjoyed the resident dogs, cats and of course peacocks! Absolutely stunning and immaculate organic date farm. Sara shines as she educates on dates! What a fabulous innovative lady farmer! From being a barely interested in eating dates to finding these fabulous treats hard to resist, they are by far better than any we have ever had. We also enjoyed, peacocks, rescue pups and chickens. Resourceful, responsible and full of fun. This is a farm you must see!

If I could give a six star rating I would. We searched for a local date farm and ended up at this spectacular farm. We were greeted by Sara Lynn who shared the history and production of her world class dates. We have never tasted dates this good before. They are definitely next level and worth every dollar. The farm is world class with over 1800 trees and 80 peacocks onsite. The facility is spectacularly well groomed and beautifully kept. You can tell how much care is put in to grow and harvest these dates. We thank Sara Lynn and her staff for a visit we won't forget. Thank you!!

Touring the Regulus Date Ranch was so much fun with the owner, Saralyn! We called the day before to ask if we can get a ranch tour and she was super flexible! The ranch is situated at the end of 61st Ave and you’ll be greeted by the beautiful gate when you arrive. 

My fiancé and I sat in an utility vehicle with Saralyn and drove around the ranch while she tells us about her Medjool and Barhi dates, date farming, and how she makes them super fat and juicy (hint: LOTS AND LOTS OF TLC!!!). You’ll also find lots of peacocks on the ranch (they put the P in pesticides) and might even bring home some amazingly beautiful peacock feathers home! 

Her dates are the BEST we’ve tasted (yes, you get to taste some dates on the tour and buy some after, if she still has any left!). We can truly feel and taste her passion about dates and date farming. If you love dates and would love to learn more about sustainable date farming, Regulus Date Ranch is the place!

Wow, we had such a great time at this farm. I was looking for a smaller local farmer and a place that we could actually tour the property. Saralyn took us through the date palms showing us the different stages of the dates. We got to see them being harvested and were able to try the dates at different stages of ripeness. We were also able to tour the packing facility and pack a box of dates ourselves. It was a great educational and hands on tour. Also when she says she will fill up your hat with dates she’s not kidding!
