Regal LA Live provided an unforgettable experience when my daughter and I went to see Wicked! From start to finish, everything about the theater added to the magic of the evening.

The venue itself is stunning—modern, clean, and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a special night out. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The theater’s sound and visuals were top-notch, making Wicked come to life in vivid detail. The seats were cozy with plenty of legroom, and the perfect view made it easy to lose ourselves in the performance. Sharing this incredible experience with my daughter made it all the more special.

If you’re looking for a first-class theater experience in Los Angeles, Regal LA Live is the place to go. We’re already planning our next visit!

GHETTO not REGAL.. I'm so disappointed with this Regal, it's got a lot of potential but it's ultimately a let-down. I came in to see a 7pm early screening and the audience was shifty as heck. Some woman got in a shouting match with some dude behind her during my showing and the audience had to tell her to be quiet. She eventually settled down but she yelled during an important scene (the damage was already done). Also, some people walked in late and had a freakin' flashlight on at full blast during the movie. It was shining in everyone's face like a torch and it was totally disrespectful. Then, some dude walks in with his buddies (also late) and says I have his seat. I purchased my tickets on the Regal app and it turns out Regal double booked my seat. It's so stupid, I didn't leave. I showed him my receipt and refused to move because he was late and being a nuisance.

People got up EVERY minute and were blocking the screen, this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at a movie theater. The service at the concessions was also awful. I waited 30+ minutes just for a soda. The staff told the crowd that they ran out of many food items, this is a metro area they should've been ready!

The theater is huge, it's three stories. Since it's in the heart of downtown I think it's overdue for an interior touch-up. It's not bad but slightly dated inside. I loved the chandeliers and circular atrium, that's about it. It's going to be a while till I come back, if ever...

I watched Deadpool & Wolverine at Regal LA Live in 4DX, and it was an amazing experience. The moving seats, water sprays during action scenes, and fire effects really made the movie come alive. The 4DX technology, with wind, mist, and scents, synced perfectly with the action.

While the ticket is a bit expensive at $32.49 and the seats aren’t as comfortable as dining theaters, the immersive experience is still worth it especially for action films. If you love action packed movies, 4DX at Regal LA Live is a must-try!

went to the movie with my family Sunday afternoon and was very displeased with the parking validation experience and the customer service. The parking validating machine did not work at the regal downtown LA so when we got to our car, we realized that parking was $25. when we went back into the movie theater to get help the manager blamed the parking garage and told us to show them our ticket and they would let us pass with our ticket. Once we got back to the parking lot, they did not let us pass and they told us to go back into the movie theater rectify the problem. I did this a couple times and no one helped me. The manager at the movie theater was dismissive and completely rude. Everyone just continue to blame each other. Many moviegoers were experiencing the same thing and were equally frustrated. So we paid just$25 to park with no additional support from the manager and either the manager appeared to be lying or communicating incorrectly with the parking garage people. nobody should pay $25 for parking just to see a movie that is absurd.
The movies are already expensive. You guys need a better solution for when technology fails (which it often does).

This location has gotten pretty awful. People play on their phones for the duration of the movie, have phone calls in the middle of the theater, and have full fledged conversations with the person/people that they arrived with. It doesn't matter what time of day or how much you paid for your ticket (4DX, immersive, etc).

Management was nice and offered a voucher, but why would I go to another movie here to deal with the same thing again? Will stick to streaming in the future.

Great place to catch a $7 movie on Tuesdays. Popcorn is 50% off Tuesdays as well if you scan your Regal app. The guy who always scans tickets is very nice.
