I've been shopping here for years. I see the manager working sometimes but I have never been so discussed with the deli people. Not the goth kid. It's the women. The deli is staffed by a bunch of miserable women who will make customers wait while
They finish the story being told. 3 days ago I heard complaints about her work hours while waiting to order. This is unacceptable and I will be shopping anywhere else from now on. Amazing these people are owners . Real business owners would never push customers away. I'm done with yhis location !

I shop Redners often, I call in early to get chicken ordered for a quick dinner, I just had the most ignorant person in the deli say, NO you have to call 24 hrs before hand , my question is since when? I order the same thing all the time, I call BTW 10-11 to give ample time for pickup. They are making it for the case anyway. We'll whatever it will just be another dept.I don't get anything from.

We love Redners, in Pittston! They seem to have a good amount of stock, great variety, and great produce. The service has been very good each time we go there. They are very conveniently located for us and we often group our shopping with shopping at nearby, Aldis, Gertrude Hawk, and Pet Supplies Plus, among others.

I have to say I used to be a huge fan of Redner's, but the level of service has plummeted lately. I work till 9 PM and enjoy the fact I can still make it to shop for my needs prior to closing at 10. This is where my sad story begins this evening. First of all, all of the aisles near the bread section are filled up with carts of late shift employee's trying to get a head start on the evening duties. This presents a huge obstacle while trying to shop, and blocks the aisle for proper access. I do not feel these carts should be out prior to the closing of the store. The final addition to my evening that contributed me to write this negative review is the fact that a low level employee comes up to me and accuses me of taking photos of price tags in the store (which is perfectly legal anyway if I am trying to capture the proper price to verify at checkout). I was not however taking any pictures, but merely using my phone to transfer funds to my account to finalize my 135$ purchase. The worst part is I was offered very little apology or remedy for the harsh and false accusations after speaking to the evening manager. The employee also informed me it was the manager who told him to confront me over this issue. The employee approached me like I was a criminal and blatantly accused me of taking said pictures. All in all I am highly disappointed over my experience and will provide this said review elsewhere and up the corporate chain. This is no way to speak to a customer, especially with no evidence of anything at all. I can afford to shop where I choose, and this experience will lessen or remove Redner's from my preferred shopping list. I average at least 500+ in spending every month, and this money can easily go elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometime the hot food sandwiches are miss labeled sometimes but all and all favorite place to shop

Your prices are literally insane. I can go to any of the other stores in the area and get everything MUCH cheaper. Only came here because everything else was closed and I needed dinner. Yall are smoking crack with these prices 😂

They have the best tasting hamburger in town. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Plus their self checkout is the best because every time I go there, there's an open checkout. Plus the bags are on a spindle so you don't get that annoying voice telling you to put the item on the scale. Not crazy about the produce or the produce prices but otherwise a great shopping experience.
