This had to be one of the most filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life! I have no idea how the heck there rating is at a 4.4. So the customer service was lukewarm just like the food. Ketchup dispenser didn’t work. Had to ask them to come wipe down the tables cause all of them were dirty. Chicken tenders breading falling off don’t think they were cooked long enough. The soap dispenser in the bathroom laying on top of the counter can’t even wash your hands. The floors were so dirty you can glide on them like you’re skating on ice. If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever ever again will I give this place my money! BEWARE!!!

Used to love this place. Haven’t been in a long time. Brought my kids here for the first time while visiting. Very disappointing. Chicken and fries both under cooked. Not crispy at all. Weird texture to the chicken. Threw half of it out.

My first time trying raising Cane‘s chicken I got the sandwich and as soon as I touch it all the wet moist spreading falls off. Hopefully, I can attach a picture. They won’t let me get a refund. I don’t wanna try another one of your sandwiches. I’m hungry. I’m working and disappointed.

I had a simple request today - kids meal on a platter instead of the styrofoam box ( for health reasons). Manager (female) said flat out no. Very rude.
Interesting- I’ve been to this store dozens of times and made the same request. Always had a pleasant experience and they took care of my simple request.

I haven't been to any other raising canes so I can't compare this location to others but this place is great. Starting off the staff was extremely nice and you can actually hear them through the ordering speaker which is rare. The price is reasonable for what you get but you have to pay 0.23 for a drink with the combo I don't mind it was just weird. I highly recommend the sandwich combo it was amazing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the lemonade had a very strange flavor not sure if it was a fluke or just how it tastes. It had some sort of savory taste I couldn't pinpoint what it tasted like which caught me off guard because I expected a sweet and sour lemonade. Overall a good experience next time I go I'll try the lemonade again and update my review.
