My Tractor PTO shift cable broke right went I engaged it to use my rain-flo mulch film layer so I needed a solution fast to keep the row trac system straight while waiting for parts for the tractor to come in. Called rain flo and the gentleman answered the phone second ring and had the solution. I have been using their machinery for years and think its great but now I know that they have attentive and wise counsel at customer service too.
