This pizza hits all the marks—crispy yet tender crust, thoughtfully balanced toppings, and just the right amount of chew. One of my absolute favorites in the city. I love bringing it to gatherings, and my friends are obsessed too. It never disappoints.

I’ve been eager to try this place ever since I first heard about it two years ago, and it did not disappoint. Visiting from Honolulu, dining out in LA is always a highlight for me, and this experience was a standout.

We ordered the gem lettuce salad, a whole pepperoni pizza, and the quince brown butter tart. The gem lettuce salad was vibrant, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. I even remarked to my partner that the lettuce had such a distinctive, complex taste that it had to be straight from the farmers market.

The Detroit style pie was everything you want it to be— steaming hot, cheesy, with perfectly crispy edges. The flavorful sauce had just the right twang to balance it all out. And the quince brown butter tart? It was a sublime finish to the meal. Its rich buttery notes paired beautifully with the quince.

Beyond the food, the service, music, and overall vibe were great—a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in LA!

I understand the hype now, Quarter Sheets was amazing! Here is my breakdown of the food we ordered.

Meatballs: The meatballs appetizer was perfect. The sauce is the type of sauce you just want to keep going back to over and over again. The meatballs come with an incredible garlic cheese bread.

Red Top: I wanted to try their pizza in the most pure form, it was perfect. The crust crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The red sauce on the pizza was tangy and has a nice clean tomato taste.

Sicilian Corner: This Sicilian corner had pistachio pesto, vodka sauce, and a sesame crust. The combination was very interesting and worked well together. My favorite part of this piece of pizza was the sesame crust. I thought it worked well with the nuttiness of the pistachio pesto.

Cake: If you go to Quarter Sheets, you gotta get the cake, it's a non negotiable! We got the Princess Cake, and its one of the best slices I've ever tasted. Perfect spongy cake, with a delectable layer of jam, the chew of the fondant, everything was so well constructed, an A+ dessert!

Wine: Quarter Sheets has a nice selection of natural wines. I got two different glasses, both were amazing, light, crisp, and refreshing!

Service: The service was quick, prompt, and helpful. Our server made great recommendations and always checked up on us.

This was honestly the best pizza I have ever had!!! Please keep the Polish Yacht Club was my favourite and I hope it becomes a menu staple. The pepperoni and Sicilian corner were also amazing. Try then with the chili paste for an extra kick!

Both the desserts (princess cake and ice cream sundae) both slapped!

This is one of the 150/100 kind of place! Definitely coming back!

Get a reservation. It’s 100% worth it! Best pizza in Los Angeles… every slice is great so you’ll have a tough time choosing.

Don’t sleep on the side dishes! The salad is terrific and save room for dessert.

The bar pie is also a star!

Service is very nice and attentive.

This is a place to savor… leave the ranch dip at home.

the host was so kind and accommodating and checked in with us about the wait. we ordered a whole pie of the polish riviera which was vegetarian and amazing. so delicious, i can’t wait to eat the slices i brought home. we also ordered the chocolate pie which was rich and decadent. can’t wait to go back and get the gem salad which looked so good, and try a new pizza and dessert.

The servers were nice and the service fast. Music was very loud. The food was ok, nothing special. The dough was fluffy and crispy (a bit too crispy on the corners) and the slices were reasonably sized. The red sauce was very bland, and the pepperoni slice was just spicy, it didn't taste like much. The pizza wasn't necessarily bad, but this place is definitely way overhyped.
