I had a good experience at the scale at Producers Rice Mill Alanna, Skylar, And Glen Were So Nice! Very helpful! Check in 12 noon check out 1:30pm. Did not take much time for loading. For check in go straight on scale put your right side window down ,a buzzer will beep up. Come out of scale park your truck and go inside shack for check in make sure you take your licence and trailer licence plate photo and you good to go😊

You will get call to move to 901 N park ave. It's the building at very end, here if dock is empty just back and put papers in office door window.

This place is a mess, absolutely no organization. You'll be lucky if you find a place to wait until they call you, and then, they will run you to multiple docks to load you up.

Hope will never have to come back here again.

This places is an absolute nightmare. Showed up at 12:30 no parking No organization little to no signage 3 hours for a dock door drivers are mad everywhere. If you book your own loads don’t book here unless it pays way way way more then you’re used to then question why

Horrible place, both ladies at check in are extremely rude. Its super chaotic you need to scale in then make your own parking spot wherever you can,then you have to go inside and get treated rudely. its muddy and dirty and smells weird, got there at noon didnt get a dock until 4 pm just for them to reject it right away and let me know i couldnt check in until 7 am tomorrow. If you dont want to work just say so. Why do they care so much about trailers when place is filthy and not hygienic at all

Checked in at 2:00 pm. Waited 3 and a half hours (5:30pm) to finally get a door. Trailer was rejected because they said it wasn’t clean. Left dock, jumped in trailer and proceeded to clean it. Went back to the docks and was told that I had to check back in. Proceeded to scale house to check in, only to be told that they stop checking people in at 4:00 pm. It’s Friday and they don’t open til Monday 😡Make sure to have your trailers clean (spic and span). They have signs posted telling you not to sweep trailers because the workers at the docks will sweep them for you. But that’s a lie because the dock workers will not sweep trailers at all. Very misleading to have those signs posted. Everything that’s said about the lady at the front desk is true.

Great experience. Youu need to go on scale before and after loading. Their scale is not 100% accurate but still u can have idea about the gross weight. Very nice staff. They load my trailer in less than an hour.
