Buyer beware!

Do not buy from pride of India. I bought salt blocks and they shipped the wrong size and then never replied to many many emails asking for the correct size. I will NEVER buy from pride of India again. Just hope you get the right product.

I used to love this store and had a monthly subscription with them. But recently I've changed my mind entirely after getting a negative experience.

I was moving and wanted to cancel my subscription until I was settled at the new place. After successfully cancelling one of my orders the website removed the cancel button and would not let me cancel my remaining orders! Instead it insisted that I'd have to email their founder directly to get it cancelled. A month later, I've gotten no reply from that founder and I'm still getting charged for items I don't want. I've contacted support, I've sent multiple emails, I've offered to forward them the email I sent to their founder requesting the cancellation, they will not refund me for any amount and have stopped responding entirely.

All that's to say, I now have two pounds of quinoa I don't want to eat, and I've thought about writing this review every time I've opened my pantry.

Placed an order for 2 bags of 20lb basmati rice about 10 days through walmart. Indicated next day that they started shipping and did not update a thing for a week. After contacting walmart again, they initiated a replacement and this supplier sent 4 bags of 5lb brown rice when I ordered white rice.. when all this process took 10 days to ship to location about 30 miles from them. I would avoid placing any online orders...

I love pride products. My entire kitchen is filled with there spices and rice and tea. Spices must try as well as rice and stress relief tea! Thanks guys keep the quality as excellent as ever 👍🏻
