Prescott meat company
this place was fabulous, chicken duck, duck breast, shrimp, cheese, bones, liver, bison, antelope, pork, ribs, halibut. They are also offer rice and spice. Eric and Mike were fabulous. Informative and they couldn’t stop sharing the information about their special cows from Italy a very lean machine. If I was to say anything negative about this place it is the prices definitely expensive, but glad we tried the steaks. Tenderloins were $55 a pound, two cost us $65 bucks.

They have some lovely grass-fed in grass-finished beef❤️?....very knowledgeable staff .....first time getting a duck ...can't wait to try ?...also French bred chicken and ground beef.... definitely worth a stop .. they also have a ton of dog treats..?‍‍‍‍?.. And rubs spices and marinades........ Also asked him about the possibility of buying half a cow around income tax season and they're going to see about starting that so I'm excited for that ?....

What a great place to buy your meat and so much more. The gentleman that helped me(sorry didn't get his name) was very helpful and super knowledgeable. Great variety and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality. I'll will definately be back (hopefully this Thursday when the ground chicken comes in)?

This is not a butcher shop! Everything is prepackaged.

Bad customer service! I pulled in here 10-22-24. She had to have know I was there as the sun reflection off my windshield would have alerted her. The old lady just sat there looking at her phone. I walked up one aisle then over to the steaks. This was for a birthday so I thought I would splurge. Filets @ $50/lb and ribeyes @ $30/ lb. She did not acknowledge me once. No hello how you doing or even KMA. I was looking at 2.5pbs filets and ribeye. That would be $180. It’s a splurge. I looked back at her for about 30 seconds and no movement from her. The old lady was either dead or just didn’t give a sh!t. So I threw the items I had back in the bin and walked out. I saved myself $80 going to Trader Joe’s and I got another ribeye at the Frys (actual) butcher block for $19.99 / lb.
What the heck is Piedmont beef anyway? Is it better than Angus? It’s just another variety of beef. If you want to support small business go to:l

Having recently moved to Prescott, I was looking for a meat shop that carried rack of lamb. It was our 30th wedding anniversary so I was looking for quality lamb. I found Prescott Meat Company and they are amazing. I spoke with Mike, the owner. He explained the 2 kinds of rack of lamb that they carry - New Zealand and Colorado. He explained the differences in size, flavor and price. I told him what it was for and he suggested Colorado for the special occasion. He was 100% on point!. The lamb was absolutely delicious.
I had the good fortune of meeting both Mike and Eric. Both super nice, friendly, experienced and very helpful. I also grabbed some bacon based on Eric's recommendation. It was also on point.
If you are looking for a quality meat shop, with a large variety of offers, high quality everything and friendly and experienced employees - this is definitely your place.
I look forward to going back and trying many new things and supporting this great place.
