I created an account yesterday after hours and submitted a tax certificate. Early in the work day this morning, I got an email saying that it had been set up. I placed the order that I had ready and within a few minutes, I got a call stating that some of the items I had ordered were not compatible and they helped me correct my order with items that will work well together. In my experience, this is unheard of. Most companies would just send what I ordered, even though they were not compatible. I am delighted with the level of customer service that I have experienced so far.

The Products Premiere 1 sells are excellent quality. Their inventory is always updating and relevant to my Farm’s current needs.
It’s evident that the Personnel are Livestock owners. They offer friendly, excellent advice and recommendations. But the best part is…. They ship very quickly. I’m always amazed at that service. I feel that I’m appreciated as a Customer. I’ll be back.

Prima Post light weight and strong to hold electric netting. Premier 1 shipped fast and great customer service.For the 164 ft and prema post easier to handle and install by yourself. Netting holds straighter and taller without extra poles.

I purchased the trimming stand, a ramp, and side rails. The stand is well built and suitable for all medium to large goats. The problem is with the side rails design and attachments.

The round vertical rod side rails and square rail holders were inferior and poorly designed. I had to have a welder replace the holders and the side rail vertical rods.

During my first use a goat shifted and immediately broke one of the square rail retainers. I brought this to Premier1's attention. My repair cost me an addition $183 to the purchase price of $550. Square verticals and square rail holders make better sense and are more stable than round verticals and square holders. The square rail holders were replaced with a stronger metal square holder. The first 3 photos are the repaired version. The last 2 photos show the original setup as received from Premier1.

I had heard good things about this company, and had high hopes when I ordered, but that changed when I received my products. I could tell my solar charger had been opened and repackaged right away, and after I saw the battery had already been connected after reading 3 separate docs telling me to make sure the battery was connected, I felt the letdown coming. Sure enough, it didn't work on solar, only when it was plugged into power. I didn't even reach out to the company, I just said "never again". How can I trust a company that sends me a product that was already returned defective once?

I had a damage for an item I ordered and the service was quick and fast! Something that doesn't happen now a days! And the fence works like a dream and easy to install. Definitely a good buy, expensive but good.
