Searched high and low for a coil I needed for a buddies snowblower (of course the day before the first big storm, so waiting for an ordered one wasn't an option). Called these guys up, super knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. They had the part I needed at a cost not much different than online, and set it aside for me. Best of all it was an OEM part which is all I buy. Would highly recommend doing business with them, I will again for sure.

Down to earth people with very good customer service!

They take a few extra minutes to educate you about your purchase. Totally worth spending a few extra bucks here as the quality is better than the big box junk and again, they really know what they're talking about!

I bought a new mower last week, which is awesome. Today was the 2nd time using it & a small problem happened while mowing.
Called Preco, talked to Chris & Greg to explain the problem. With out hesitation they sent 2 service techs over to my house within a 1/2 hour to resolve the issue (a wire came loose & shut the engine off) I will always shop local & family run business. Keep up the great work PRECO!!
