The company has numerous reviews indicating that they load by appointment, and it is advisable not to be late, as it may cause delays. The process of checking in and out is relatively simple, but the loading time can be around 1.5 to 2 hours, with heavy materials involved. There is a drop lot across the street for those doing deliveries.

Some “drivers” really need to READ the signs as it’s well marked what to do and stop screening it up for ones that do follow instructions. KEEP LEFT going in/out!!!!!!!!

They load by appt. Try not to be too late as that means they’ll try to work you in. Hopefully the broker (example CH Robinson) hasn’t lied to you

Simple enough to check in/out. Average 1 1/2-2hrs to load and it’ll be heavy. Drop lot across the street for ones doing d/h

🚩I'll never come back here for unloading again. Due to rude, passive aggressive & condescending remarks made by employees & contractor/s.
Thought id actually leave a review from my O/O account. Since it was brought up that iM a CoMpAnY DrIvEr AnD tHaTs WhY iM 20 MiLEs away. Since we at this facility think that if your a company driver your incapable of backing, and you untrained factory workers believe you all could back up a rig better than us drivers, with years of experience.

We miss you JM Smucker! I was there for over an hour today! Evan at the window did a GREAT JOB! NO ONE WOULD HELP HIM!! I tapped on the window to ask his boss a question and the man went crazy on me(Terry Toolan) and he let me and All the other BLACK people who were patiently waiting, that if we didn't like it we could leave! He let us know he had "THE POWER" to not let us come back on the property! Power over black drivers who are working to take care of our families, and by the way on clocks are running on blogs! He could've pitched in and helped that young man to get us drivers through, but he didn't! Well Terry Toolan I hope you enjoy all that POWER!🤭 I know if he was on the streets he wouldn't talk to people of color like that. Have a blessed day folks and pray for Posts employees. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVAN! YOU HANDLED THAT SITUATION BETTER THAN YOUR BOSS!

Since Post bought out certain recipes from Smuckers, it has gone downhill. I believe you dipped your hands in a pot you shouldn't have. More of a communist company to work for now that I think about it. They've taken away so much from us from the start of their ownership. Thanks for the 5 dollar gift card to dunkin. That was most appreciative. Thanks for taking away our Christmas bonus. Thanks for painting the silos instead of fixing machines or supply proper training for your ridiculous redzone or work orders. Lol. Only pro here is clocking out and going home for the little home time us real workers get while the rich sit pretty. ✊️✊️💦💦. Thanks for the hr department for being there. Their useless.
Lolol. They truly know their stuff. Thanks for the union for taking money out every week yet doing nothing to actually help you when needed. Go figure. This place has no moral values nor integrity. Never any thanks or job well done. You're a slave, a number that will be replaced by someone who will be replaced by someone. Thanks for the segregation in the cafeteria during our personal breaks. Thanks for allowing the meat table workers to sit in the cafeteria covered in raw meat and blood yet make us wear smocks. That sure really is sanitary isnt it? I bet OSHA would absolutely love that. Maybe I'll call them. I'd like to keep going but I'm on break here at work and need to go back to my station. But what do I know, I'm just a white hat college educated number working for corporate america. Hope this helps for future candidates to consider.

On bulk loads, samples should be pulled at arrival, they're not. One scale/pit should be dedicated to meal, it's not. Should be first come first serve, they jump locals over long haulers. There's so much wrong at this facility you're guaranteed to lose 24 hrs MINIMUM and good luck getting detention.

Incoming Fresh Meat loads enter at 1st drive on right. Pull onto scales. Stop and walk into scale house with Bills. The very nice employee wil direct you to doors 20 or 21. Which is, pull off scale turn right (plant on left) Go to very end turn left. Follow road (big liquid holding tanks on left) look down that alley Doors 20 and 21 are at the end of the alley, straight line backing. Plenty of room.
