I received my first share of a Community Supporting Agriculture (CSA) from Post Apples Farm! This family enterprise takes Teamwork to the highest level! In my share were the freshest Farm to Table vegetables: gigantic Swiss Chard, enormous and crispy Red Leaf lettuce, sweet and peppery Kohlrabi, humongous baking potatoes, elegant asparagus, and some greens I'll have to Google! I feel healthier just looking at the bounty this farm grows! I'll be able to eat some now and freeze some for winter! Participating with a CSA is a great way to support Erie County and obtain the freshest, safest produce! Thank you Post Apples Farm! 🧡🥬🥗🍅🥔🍆🥕🍎🍏
