Wow! Best wings and tenders in town! The wings taste like they've been slow smoked. Big pieces. Moist. Chicken tenders are huge and super moist. The older couple next to us have the chicken every Friday. They buy a whole chicken and eat half. They have enough for the next day. They were raving about the food. Oh, they also have beer and margaritas. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place. We will be back to try their other options! 5 stars.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Pollo Filete, and it definitely won’t be my last. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the most delicious aroma. The owners are incredibly kind, and the staff is just amazing. As soon as I arrived, they greeted me with a big smile and said, “Are you the one with the big order?” — that little moment made me feel so welcome.

The place is also very clean, which I really appreciate. You can tell they care about every detail.

Now, the food… just wow. The whole chicken was absolutely delicious, and the fajitas were perfect. You can truly taste the quality and love in every bite.

I’m all about supporting local businesses, and Pollo Filete has definitely earned my family’s support. We felt right at home, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know.

This quaint little restaurant is really nice inside, and has a good atmosphere.
I will say, there's better pollo asados on the SE side of San Antonio, but for the area it's in, it makes sense. The customer service was perfect! But the food was lacking in flavor, and the restaurant smells like smoke and charcoal.
Other than that, food is 7/10 at best.

I came here for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The chicken I bought was undercooked in the middle, which is unsafe and unacceptable. I really wanted to enjoy the food, but this experience makes me hesitant to come back. Hopefully, they improve their quality control

When I went to Pollo Filete, the drive-thru speaker wasn’t working, so I had to call. Even with that small inconvenience, the service was excellent — the young lady attended me very quickly, packed my food fast, and everything was fresh and hot.

The prices are very reasonable, even if they don’t show up clearly at the moment. The chicken tenders were crispy and delicious, the fries were full of flavor, and the BBQ sauce was amazing. Honestly, this place deserves a lot more customers because the food and service are worth it. Highly recommended!

Grabbed some chips and dip, but the chips were so bitter—leading me to think that they had been fried in old, yucky oil. The guacamole and queso were okay, but the chips ruined it. The lady at the drive-thru was unfriendly and didn't even make an eye contact with me.

I'm giving a two-star just because my previous experience at this place wasn't bad when it first opened; I enjoyed their chicken at that time.

GREAT FOOD! We came 15 minutes to closing time and the owner was very welcoming and took care of us. You don’t come across that kind of hospitality often. Everything was hot and fresh. The corn in the cup was some of the best I have had in a long time! The chicken sandwiches are pretty big and the fajitas were tender. The tortilla chips were homemade, we ate a whole basket of the chips alone. I highly recommend this place!

Tried this place for the 1st time. It is super delicious. The food was piping hot when we picked up; and my kids already dug in and got the regular chicken sandwich (it was very juicy & flavorful) before I could take some pics. We also got the 1/2 chicken & 1/2 fajitas meal. The portions were really generous. The flavors were outstanding. My daughter said they were “yummy”. Only 3/5 people in my family have eaten so far and it looks like we barely made a dent based on these pics. Happy to have this restaurant so nearby our house! Would highly recommend!!
