Why go to a Box Store when Poirier Appliance are true experts plus they have everything you need with Fast and I mean Fast Delivery to save the day.
We needed to get a refrigerator real fast due the old one breaking down. We found Poirier’s had a great selection and amazing prices. We had such a great experience selecting the top rated large side by side Whirlpool Stainless refrigerator that we could afford to a buy a matching Whirlpool Dishwasher.
Not sure what is better, storing an amazing amount of food in this Side by Side Whirlpool or the way the kitchen looks with the beautiful appliances.
Just go to Poirier’s and enjoy your kitchen.

It truly is the wonderful, thoughtful service provided by Poirier Sales & Service that continues to make me a loyal customer. I never even consider shopping around for competitive prices or for additional appliances elsewhere; service is key for me! You can buy the best, most expensive appliance on the market, but without knowledgeable sales representatives or qualified repair specialists, the comfort of having the refrigerator or dishwasher of your dreams won't last long! I have had my Viking stove for almost twenty years, and am not ready to give it up. Too many Christmas cookies were perfectly baked in this great oven. Tyler worked magic to find the parts needed and used his expertise to give me a really happy holiday season!

We purchased a Pro Harmony Professional 30" Natural Gas Range from Poirier. From the start the oven never worked properly taking 25 minutes to heat up to the desired temperature. The stove completely stopped working on Thanksgiving, which meant we could not cook Thanksgiving dinner. Poirier finally sent a service person on January 23rd. We told them the stove was a lemon and requested a new stove. Instead they replaced the mother board, fans and more, the stove continued to work poorly (25 minutes to heat to the desired temperature).

The stove just broke again. I have made three calls to Poirier Appliances in Norwood and I have no resolution. In addition, I have waited on hold with Thermador for an hour. I SUGGEST NOT SHOPPING FOR APPLIANCES AT POIRIER AND NOT purchasing a THERMADOR APPLIANCE.
