The Grenache Rose is very refreshing for the summertime, and the winemaker has created a delightful blend with Artistique. The Petite Sirah and the Cabernet Sauvignon are also rather yummy!

Such a special setting in the Sierra foothills. This charming family winery in Fiddletown produces several delicious wines including Artistique. Our visit was quite delightful. Love the roses too!

I am really into the esthetics of a winery. When I go in for a tasting I want the experience to go past the wine, Plein Air did that. I stopped in at Plein Air on my drive home and it happened to be a membership release party. They welcomed us and poured everything they had open. The esthetics were amazing, the wines are good. I believe Plein Air is a must follow winery

It's hard to imagine a better wine tasting experience. Everything from the wine to the ambiance to the owners is fantastic. Tom, Dan, and Sarah are wonderful hosts who are more than happy to share their love of wine and make you feel right at home.

Amazing place! So glad that we found this winery! I am slowly getting into wine and when I do tastings it's usually hit or miss for me. However, the wines at PleinAir are delicious and smooth (the Syrah is stunning!). The family that runs the business is lovely! Very welcoming and ready to engage in great conversations with their customers. The tasting room is very charming and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the prices are very competitive! We will be coming back for sure!

A favorite every time we visit Amador. Great wines and friendly people. Dan and Tom are very knowledgeable and engaging. Our personal favorite is their Petit Surah, but the Zin is also a stand out. Visit them, you won't be disappointed!

Visiting Amador wine country from Temecula for the first time. Stopped at PleinAir based on a recommendation from another local winery. PleinAir is a very ery nice family owned winery. A solid set of flavorful wines and fantastic wine tasting service. Enjoyed our time talking to the family (Tom, Dan, Sara) who truly have a passion for the wines they make and for taking care of their customers. Definitely worth a stop!
