Hay quality is very hit or miss. My horse has been on a hunger strike with the last batch- its course and full of straw. Have gotten quite a few moldy bales as well. Have heard the same from other long time customers. Customer service is good but disappointed with lack of reliability in quality.

Update 2/12/22 - We went back! Today we picked up THREE - 2 String Bales of 2nd Cut Timothy/Orchard Grass Hay. I figured we would give our piggies a change. These are 50 lbs bales so they are smaller. One bale is for my friend who also has Guinea pigs! The staff is so friendly and we absolutely love this place. The hay is top quality and affordable!

Absolutely love this place! Decided to make the drive to buy Orchard Grass Hay for our 5 Guinea Pigs and I am so happy we did! 100 lbs of hay for 1/4 the price I would have paid if I was still buying big box commercial boxes at 50lbs a box.

If you have small animals that eat hay I definitely recommend Pleasant View Farms! We will definitely be back!! (In ~6months when the pigs finally get through all the hay!)

We have 10 rescued goats. Because of the drought last summer we couldn't find any decent hay for our picky goats. My husband looked all over to find hay for our goats, he found out about Pleasant Valley Farm 🚜 and what a great experience, first our goats have nice hay for the winter. They delivered it, and pit it up in the barn. I would recommend anyone to Pleasant Valley Farm 😉❣️
