Drop and hook turned into a live load. Arrive 9:30 for an 10:00 appointment now 12:01 still have no idea when will be ready. All the reviews are true trucker be aware.

Lol, the other 1 star reviews are correct! You do your part - show up on time and they not only don't do their part, they are running 24hrs behind in production. They tell you to leave the property! Come back next shift, or better yet come back tomorrow! But I have a appointment for now I said. "Well too bad! I told you already production hasnt made any of your product and who knows when they will"
The only 5 star I would give is for Becca who checked me in last night. She was awesome, professional, and understanding.
The day shift gal not so good.. I think I'm gonna give this load back to my broker. I hope you have better luck.
PS: I waited 12hrs b4 they told me it would likely be 24hrs MORE!! Who wants to sit 36hrs ?

Worst place to pickup load. They take forever to load. For canadian load their paperwork is never complete. Waiting for door 6 hours . Plus And I Don't know how much time they will take to load me.

Wonderful place for drop and hook. Check in at guard shack and make sure you've got company name, trailer number and trailer license plate number written on bills before walking inside to receiving office. DO NOT TAP ON THE WINDOW. Friendly lady inside.

After reading these reviews I expected the worst. I had a 0800 appointment for 2/14/2024. They took me today 2/13/2024. I checked in at 1145 and was done and gone at 1245. Now I'm at Tyson around the corner getting load a day early also. Great day so far

Appointment time was 1pm. Arrived at 12:30 and given a door pretty quickly. I finally let someone know I had been waiting 5.5hrs to be loaded and the employee said I could leave if I didn’t want to wait anymore. Let broker know and shortly after they began loading the trailer VERY SLOWLY. 2hrs to load is ridiculous. No professionalism whatsoever. They do not have facilities or vending. 0 stars if I could. Doubt they pay the detention like they should.

Here is the deal: My app for pickup was at 2pm .I was at the door at 1:45pm . Right now is 7.16pm and still wait to be loaded. I spoke with some drivers and they are here for 7 hours. One driver waited for 4 hours and left. If you come here have some snacks or something. Prepare yourself for longer stay. The office lady was nice and she is trying to apologize but its not her fault. PLEASE IF YOU ARE A EMPLOYER HERE TELL TO YOUR SUPERVISOR TO START CHANGING SOMETHING SO US DRIVERS TO GET EASY AND FASTER IN AND OUT , because you will loose many loads.

Five and a half hours to unload. Lady in the receiving department very rude. Kuddos to one of the spotter though, because he noticed we were delivering hazardous materials and basically helped us out to get a door quickly, but still we were there for five and a half hours.
