We stopped at this brewery to check out a new place. The staff are welcoming and well mannered. The only had outside seating available. The weather was nice so it was a hood idea. We ordered some drinks. Unfortunately we did not get drink menus for beer or alcohol. Went to the bar for a menu on the wall. I took a chance on the crab cake burger. It was a hood choose. Upgraded to cheese and bacon fries. This is a good old school place to go for dinner. A nice layout, I’m sure it’s better when it’s busy. Plus $60 for a dinner for 3 people is good deal. I’m not from this area. But I’d make the stop again.

Amazing at every turn! First they let everyone in our party of 6 get a free appetizer when we downloaded their app, next the service was great, the beer was all very good and the food was fantastic! We will come back for the smoked wings and beer very soon!

We got to experience the outdoor seating for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves! The atmosphere was fun and laid back. There is an area in the back for Cornhole, that kept the children entertained. The music was great! Waiter was fun. Lastly, but certainly not least, the food was pretty freaking tasty! We did not partake in any beer this trip, but will be back again to give it a whirl. Would certainly reccomend! Date night well spent.

Really liked the vibe of this place, obviously this is a favorite hangout for locals. We were greeted by a very friendly bartender/waitress, she was informative and efficient and got is set up with a flight of the house brews quickly. The food menu had a large variety and our choices were delicious. They had a whole list of smoker meats, the brisket was delicious and smoked on-site. They also have a nice selection of daily specials.
I thought the house beers were average but they also had an extensive bottled beer list to choose from plus some select beers on tap. They also had an extensive list of wines and spirits with a focus on locally produced.
Live music was just setting up when we arrived which added to the charm of this venue. Music was the right volume for the size of this room.

Place is friendly enough, service was on par... neither hovering nor lacking... but the food tasted like it was all store bought. I ordered the brisket sandwich with baked beans and mac and cheese on the side. The wife got fish and chips... I will start by saying that their mac and cheese was actually really good. The taste was of "made in house" or at least store bought and doctored in house... but, the texture was of reheated, made earlier in the week (we came in on a Sunday, i would guess that this mac and cheese was made on Wednesday at the latest). The baked beans are Bush's baked beans, the the brisket wasnt anywhere near fresh... my opinion puts it made on the same day as the mac and cheese and brought to temperature in a Salamander... the Cole slaw, store bought, the French fries... again, store bought... you could stay at home and make the exact same meal for 1/5 The price... in my opinion, not worth the cost by any stretch of the imagination...

On a completely seperate note (and i wish i could leave a review on their beers alone) their beer is fantastic... hard cream soda on tap, offers a twist on a classic, oversweetened drink... theirs is crisp, refreshing and delicious... I'm not a fan of cream sodas, but i would pay twice their asking price for this beverage... and their witbeer is absolutely on point... it is darker in color than a classic wheat, but isn't overly sweet, is refreshing, slightly crisp and absolutely fantastic (i went 3 rounds with it... and didn't regret a single sip)...

I can only recommend that they either switch to making fresher food or stick to just serving beer... because as it stands, the only reason to frequent this pub is for their beer...

Consistently good draft brews with nice variety. Nearly 100% PA products, which is lovely to see. Comfortable, clean, low key, inside environment. Low lighting, copper, exposed brick, wood, and metal make it cozy. Haven't eaten here, but a Groupon deal brought me here, and I wasn't disappointed. Zero problem with service, as some other reviews are reporting. Owner was very nice.

Overall it was just about as good as I was expecting. It's an inexpensive dive with decent food and drinks. Went on a Saturday night and sat on the huge backyard patio and listened to live music. Appetizer was the "pig iron poppers".. kind of like an egg roll (cut in half) with cheese, bacon and jalapenos.. they were okay. The dipping sauce was really good. My lady got the chipotle chicken sandwich which was okay, however a little dry.. and there was an avocado slice on it that was hard as a rock. I got the smoked brisket sandwich and fries. I enjoyed mine. Actually those were probably some of the best fresh cut fries I've had. Not too bad, probably won't come back because it's a little out of the way, but I'm glad we tried it.

Second time here. It's been decent both times. Got there for lunch on a Sunday this time and was the only person for a little. Bartender was nice and friendly. They didn't give me any grief for substituting lettuce for bread on my burger (I know, I know...). Food was perfectly prepared and the IPA was good too.
