Love that you can buy just a few cans from top vet-recommended brands—something I haven’t found anywhere else. It’s perfect if you’re trying to find the best wet cat food for a picky eater before committing to a bulk purchase.
Ordering was easy, and my pickup was ready within an hour—super convenient!

Super friendly staff, online pickup wasn't ready in 2 hours but they still managed to give my things, large variety of fishes, got my betta from there he's happy in his New tank,

Had a pretty negative experience bringing my dog here for a bath. Mainly brought her in for an anal gland expression since I typically bathe her at home, but the woman checking us in did not name it as a service they offered. When I asked about it, she told me they would "be willing to try, but no promises". Fine, whatever. Then she told me it would be 3 hours until pickup which surprised me (10 lb short hair chihuahua, just a bath no groom) but wasn't the end of the world. I came back after 3 hours and was told it would be another hour. I explained that I hadn't expected a 4 hour time frame and wasn't able to make that work, at which point a different woman went back and told me my dog just needed to be dried and that she'd do it for me, which I thanked her for. After twenty more minutes my dog was returned to me still very damp. As an apology they gave me a book of (functionally useless) coupons. Also, dumb thing, but the package I paid for included a bow or bandana and I didn't get one 🙁 Will not be returning here.

I purchased multiple Halloween costumes for my dogs to try and see what size fits and looks best. When I tried returning the extra items (I bought small and medium), the chubbier Asian male associate immediately said their store does not accept returns and my items were final sale. I explained to them there was nothing that said it was final sale on the website and I bought extra sizes incase the small didn’t fit. The employee kept insisting he couldn’t do the return and they wouldn’t allow me to return my new unopened/unused items. He didn’t even try to scan my items or try to attempt to return it. Finally after 10 minutes of trying to explain - he tried processing my return for less than market value for two of my items without letting me know. I paid $20 each for two costumes and he tried only refunding me $10 each. I feel cheated, scammed and lied to. I’ve been a customer of pet smart for a while and have never had any issues until this point. If items are actually final sale - there should be a disclosure or at least some transparency - but I didn’t see any of that. I would not recommend this store, however I was able to receive help from corporate customer support (thank you corporate). If they try lying to you, I would recommend trying to reach out to corporate.

Very good store but the only problem is the cashier is in a very bad mood and rude to the customers who work for Uber. Really, what a bad day one has with people with that attitude. To Uber workers, you have to always be kind and cordial to customers because we go there to pick up packages and work honestly. Thank you.

I've had great experiences with grooming here. I find being clear with what you want is key. Groomers have been kind, attentive and do good work. Their competition is a nightmare, nasty rude entitled. Here, I found a more mature personnel.

Horrible experience with petsmart grooming... 1)the groomer Bri was more then 30 mins late for our appointment and no one was there to check us in or explain the situation. 2) I didn't get a call from them when the bath&trim was done. When I went back to the store 2 hrs later, my puppy already there waiting for me but was apparently frightened and couldn't stop weaning 3) the haircut was NOT professional at all. I was told that my puppy was not comfortable being trimmed but that's why I took her to professional grooming service. This was not her first haircut but by far the worst one.

I had excellent customer service when the other stores didn't have my brand of low carb can cat food. They took a long time to also put in the complicated manufacturers coupon. A sales person carried 3 cases up for me to the register and a manager helped me himself. I was so relieved. They seem to have better inventory and selection of important stuff as opposed to huge selection of toys which is also nice but not necessary when you're running low on food and necessary supplies.
