The technicians are nice but the office personnel should work on the language on the phone. Whomever answered the phone today 5/16 at 8 am is who I am talking about specifically.
A contract customer shouldn’t be told that “having them come all the way out to Shinnston is a waste of everyone’s time” when I said scheduling a same day visit may not work and was then given a date over 2 weeks out for the next service time.
Customers should feel valued and this was not that.
Extremely rude, and unprofessional.

I had used this company in the past (over 10 years ago and they were wonderful). I wanted my home treated for ants, insects etc. as a preventative measure so I called them up. They came at the scheduled time and treated the inside and outside. The gentleman was polite and professional, therefore I prepaid for a year of their service. Every quarter my appointment was scheduled between 3:30 and 5:00. Each time I arrived home well before 3:30 and had a note on the door that he had been “rerouted” and showed up early. All 3 times!!!! Therefore, my home was not treated on the interior as I was paying for. On the note he left it said call the office to reschedule interior service. I did and asked what difference it makes if he is going to come earlier than scheduled and no one was home. I was met with silence. This week was my 4th and final prepaid service. Obviously, he showed up early. Not surprised, but what put me over the edge was I received a bill via email when I had prepaid for the service (that I received half of). I called 3 times before someone answered the phone. The person I spoke with said it was a mistake and she would take care of it. I feel like they intentionally do it and hope people forget they had prepaid nearly a year in advance. Since I actually got ahold of someone I voiced my frustration over the lack of service I received that I had paid for and her response was “we are sorry we can close your account.” Please do yourself a favor and run the other way from this company!!!!

We've used PSMI for years and the past few years have started having tons of issues. For one, I think the chemical they use isn’t effective. I could literally call a month after every spray to have them come back to do a follow up spray and it still wouldn’t help. 2nd I can’t say they value your time as a customer so don’t expect them to go above and beyond for you, outside of your technician that comes. Trust me, for having been a customer (in a rental and as a home owner) for over decade I’ve seen it all from this company. I’m just really sorry I sent business there way over that decade.

First off, they will seem great during the sales pitch. We dealt with a guy named Ryan, after we signed we never heard from him nor could be get ahold of him again. We told him we wanted to just do one treatment to test the waters, which he acknowledged. However he had my wife sign a form, which in fine print, said we were locked in for a year. They would not let me reverse this. So we were stuck for a year. Furthermore, and more importantly, their chemical DOES NOT WORK. We had to have them back in between every treatment to retreat and still had bugs. I supplemented with stuff from Lowe’s just to try to keep the bugs at bay. The year couldn’t come fast enough, we are finally out of “contract” and going with Tri-State.

Ron came right out, gave me a reasonable estimate, got the job scheduled and the guys showed up on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do and then went over everything when they were done. I'll keep an eye on things to make sure all bugs are gone. A one year warranty provides assurance the job is done correctly.
