I had an unloading appointment at 6:00 AM. I arrived half an hour early, but they didn't let me in. I entered exactly at 6:00, as scheduled. They gave me a door for unloading, and now I’ve been waiting for three hours. They recently informed me that the unloading has been delayed for another two hours due to "circumstances." This is simply outrageous and highly unprofessional. Moreover, they have a notice that if you’re late by an hour, they charge you $100, for two hours — $250, and for three hours — $350, and so on. But when they delay unloading for hours, there’s no compensation provided. This company is terrible, and their service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with them.

Very rude staff here.
We were one hour and 15 minutes late, and they charged us $500.00 late fee.
Clearly not what they have posted. Plus a $5.00 fee on top of that.

Seems like a decent place, but truck is standing 5+ hours now to get empty. Had a 6 Am appt and they could care less. They even had the audacity to all take lunch and leave the truck sitting on the dock. You come 15 minutes late they get to charge you a late fee but god forbid you try to tell them something about taking forever to offload a truck on their dock. I would avoid if possible.

My appointment 8 AM, but I am here. Checking in 9:30 am They never charge me nothing so everything good within an hour they give me my paperwork ready to go experience really good here staff

I get stuck at this place for 3 1/2 hours offloading 6 pallets, late for 2nd drop in bi rite 1 hour and 20 minutes, missed my 3rd drop because in 2nd stop thay hold me almost 5 hours. Don't book loads for this facility or bi rite in Brisbane, CA. Both place sucks. Those warehouse don't deserve one star.

Reviews were right. They’ll waste your whole day. They’re just too lazy to work . Security guy and checking guy were nice though.
