I delivered Pepsi machines/coolers and was in an indoor dock that was off Arkins. They had me unloaded in one hour and one minute! These guys were so friendly, even after they realized I had a load of the same thing they just got. So they had to level up their Tetris skills. 😉 There is street parking if you arrive early. Continue northeast to McFarland drive. And late at night there’s plenty of space to turn around before the light. Park facing southwest. They have trash bins along the street too.

5 hours to load truck every time here just have to wait forever. The bathroom has down so I asked if there another bathroom. The lady at shipping said no. Your holding a truck for 5 hours but no bathroom They need to hire more employees. It’s not worth it just stay away from this place and pick up load tomorrow.

Very slow , came here first time for pickup a load going to California takes 9 hour to loading , after loading I have doubt that Trailer axle is overweight so I go to ta truck stop got scale ticket and yes I am overweight at Trailer axle, after 8 hour you guys loading people overweight waisting their time , came back here again reset weight waste 1 hour more , not coming back here again , waste of time

This is a corporation, they do not care about how long will you be spending there. Appt 4pm they called at 11 pm this way there was no reason on taking this load anymore as I won’t be the next day at delivery time. So I just left. This loads must be canceled the minute you book and see reviews. And tell them why you canceled. If all would do that, they would ask why nobody takes their loads and probably fix the way they function loading trucks, but as long as you do not respect yourself and take this loads out of desperation and wait 2 day to get loaded and also accept pennies on detention, do not complain why there are no well paid loads and respect.

The company is well organized, and they call you within 30 minutes of your appt. Employees are friendly and patient. The only issue is the size of their yard, too small , after signing in , they make you wait out in the street.

This is the worst place ever.
I had an appointment for 1900. 5 hours later, I'm still waiting. Appointments mean nothing to these people, so If you come here. Prepare to wait 5 or more hours. I wish I could give them negative stars. Cause this place deserves a negative 10.
