Hopefully folks know what they are doing when they order fresh-picked olives around harvest season. They don't arrive edible! But if you are looking for fresh olives well shipped promptly off of the trees when in season, these are a great buy. I'm in the PNW so access to fresh olives isn't easy. The Penna folks have a great system in place and will get you olives really fresh and ready to cure. I appreciate this opportunity and the quality of the olives I receive. Thank you!
