DONT BUY PELICAN CASES ONLINE - MAKE SURE YOU SEE IT IN PERSON FIRST.

Case is decent, but the original foam was cut about an inch too small and moved around in the case a lot. I called the retailer and they told me I had to take it up with Pelican.

Pelican told me I had to take it up with the retailer. After lots of back and forth, sending photos, and getting absolutely nowhere, neither would offer any replacement foam nor a refund.

This is obviously a manufacturer issue since the retailer does not cut the foam. Pelican should own up to it and simply send new foam or offer a replacement. Now I'm stuck with a case that's sort of useless unless I spend a bunch of money on new foam.

I’ve lived here for 6 years & Wanted to ask the 10:00pm shift coming off and on duty to please be considerate of Excelling on N. Main St. towards the center being a resident on the street I have young children and there’s been many times that the vehicles going by my sons window faces the street while excelling their cars to get as fast as they can away from their workplace to be considerate of us folks that have to live here 24/7 it’s sometimes with music blaring at 10 o’clock to the point where my windows rattle and I have new windows. I can always tell when it’s quitting time at 10 o’clock it’s mostly the shift coming off want to race to catch up with their buddy(s)out the gates FIRST especially, on school nights. If this is a management person or a supervisor shift supervisor could You please share this complaint with your employees.

Nothing has changed much since my posting at 10:20 they come barreling out of the air excelling at rates of speed and it’s almost like a race with different cars specially the younger folks I hope management takes notice that they’re still making a lot of unnecessary noise at that hour, be mindful that we have children That can hear and you always can tell when it’s quitting time you can set your watch to it. I wish management would say something to their shift drivers to be mindful that you were in our community working in your barrel, accelerating down the Road is noticed

Was at facility on Nov 28 around 7am for a pickup. I don't know if this man represents the entire company but we as truckers are ALWAYS so greatful to meet people who are kind and helpful. Anymore, the people we have to deal with daily are jack wagons who are completely unconcerned with anything but themselves. It's not typical to come across these kinds of experiences. It's a rare occasion to look forward to shipping or receiving at a company. THANK YOU
