Placed an order online on December 20th, today is the 29th, still no product. I have left several messages, and still no call back. We love their product, but I will not order from them again due to lack of communication and customer service. Very disappointed.

While I haven’t visited this location, I can say that the Kountry Klub Franks are THE best ..bar none, my only complaint is that I can no longer get them locally in Florida. Maybe Pearl..you could work on that,many new englanders down here…make the money work for you and get it done. TY
