I am a macarons lover that tried first time La Durée macarons at Versailles; this was a dream and become my macarons reference. In USA I was looking to find macarons that match quality of my reference. I’m writing this review to make you aware prior ordering for following facts:
1. The macarons are not good as advertise and far from La Durée (Versailles, France) or Point G (Montreal, Canada)
2. The macarons were ordered from Arizona, and arrived here melted (as you can see in the picture); they were melted on the way here, as my building had a community mailbox inside with air conditioning and a big refrigerator for food delivery – so the package wasn’t waiting outside in the sun. Besides that, they sent other macarons that I selected.
3. I’ve contacted the company through phone messages and on their chat but no answer. Only an AI chat bot that handle the messages and that’s all. No service, support or feedback from their side even if I paid extra ($3) for package insurance.

I’m not upset because the macarons were poor quality (as I assume, it can be a potential loss for me when I order samples); what makes me angry is the fact that is no support after sales (and I paid $55 for the order). It is sad to see they don’t care about their customers. Just, think twice if you intend to place an order.

We have sent macarons to our daughter several times now from Pastreez and she and her friends absolutely love them. They always arrive on time and they are always fresh. In addition, they offer a wonderful assortment of flavors to choose from. I have had to reach out to customer service by text with questions during the order process. They answer immediately and go out of their way to make the process easier. We will definitely order again. (And again!)

Loved my order! I ordered macarons for my daughter’s bridal shower and was impressed with the appearance and taste. They made it all the way to Texas beautifully. I used them to create a macaron tower and was thrilled with how it turned out.

Ordered these on line from the fabulous selection they have. I ordered early and requested for them to be delivered the day before our party. They arrived in perfect time! Packaged perfectly for shipping and came in a cooler pack. The macaroons are not only beautiful, but delicious! The online service and communication was excellent from start to finish with Pastreez! I love macarons and based on the reviews thought that this company must have a good product. I do not recommend ordering. If you want to try it, do not commit to more than one order at a time.
On a positive note, I did receive quality customer service.

Update: Do not pay money for a year long subscription. They are shipped monthly with no opportunity to cancel. If you choose a subscription option, make sure you turn auto-renew off.

Arrived melted, and looked horrible. The quality was not amazing, some were about as good as what you would get from a supermarket. Also no response from customer service. Would never order again.

Edit: this order was brought inside immediately after delivery, despite the inference of the owner’s reply. Also there is no correspondence at all from this company other than replying to this review.
