$15 for FBI / FD-258 ink fingerprinting cards! What a great deal. I needed to submit this card for a nursing school background check and they were very accommodating of me needing my prints quickly. I was able to make a same-day appointment and was seen within 2 hours of calling.

They were ready to go by the time I got there and finished my prints within 10 minutes. I recommend them above all other services in the SGV! I was charged twice as much by a competitor of theirs based in Sierra Madre about a year ago.

Update: 2 years since I initially posted this; it’s now $18 (inflation) for a live scan/fingerprint card. As a repeat custy, I still have no complaints re appt wait time — if you’re lucky, you can walk in w/o a scheduling call!

This is the second time I come to this location. First time, I needed passport pictures and Mr. Caal's professionalism and efficiency was remarkably fast. The second time, I needed to get paperwork notarized. Mr. Caal's patience to answer my questions in a kindly manner is the reason I will continue to return and leave such a good review. Affordable and for not having an appointment they were very accommodating. I drove from Thousand Oaks and it was worth the drive-clean workplace and amazing customer service. Thank you Mr. Caal for keeping your office open and such a positive attitude even through these hard times!

I highly recommend this place. The staff here is so nice! I came to do my fingerprinting and it was quick and easy. When I called them ask about the status, they were very helpful and patient. I would come back if I ever needed to get fingerprinted again!

I made an appointment, when I showed up, the operator stepped out and I was told I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes. Unprofessional. The phone also doesn't seem to work properly and sounds like an google phone that's underwater.
