Smelled gas outside while furnace was running this morning on a Sunday. Thought it might be a leak. Called Parker and to my surprise a real person answered the phone. And, they sent a service person (Chris) to come out and check everything out. Very good service!

I’ve been with Parker oil for about 15 yrs. I’ve had it. I can’t take it any more. They have a lot of negative reviews. Let me tell you from personal experience, they have earned every negative review. If you need residential propane, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Anywhere else will be better. They do not deserve your business. If their custom service was just awful, it would be a huge improvement.
