Horrible delivery drivers. Drivers are rude. Trucks are noisy and look like garbage. Parked illegally while delivering and damaged our property. Driver to our location seems ignorant of common sense. Called to get problem rectified. Henry in dispatch has not returned multiple calls and has done nothing to rectify the issue. Not reflective of any company that I want to be associated with. Would not recommend using them.

I have been trying to speak to someone in the transportation or distribution department to try and see how we could get set up as a carrier and possibly help with their transportation needs. I got bounced around from here to there one day, could hear a couple girls in the back ground heckling when they were giving me the run around. Today I was checking in again to see if I could talk to someone again. No lie, I got hung up on 4 different times!! I made mention we're just looking for work and trying to see how we can get set up to help with their distribution and each time I was told "hold on a second" and was disconnected. Each time I called back, they did the same thing to me. 4th time I called back a man answered the phone, when I told him I was getting hung up on and explained what I was looking for he said "we have enough carriers, lose our number and don't call back". VERY unprofessional, VERY rude when I'm just trying to offer you exceptional business and you treat people this way? So you're saying you don't want good service or add a good carrier to represent you? Wow. Very unprofessional.
