If I could write a zero star review I would. I’ve had multiple dealings with Pacific Coast Produce, this specific phone call with Rey their supervisor in which he tried to talk over me, didn’t listen and didn’t hear any to take the time to listen at all, makes it seem as though all he does is take complaints from unsatisfied customers. This will be the 5th time in 6 months I’ve been charged for an order that didn’t show up. And I wasn’t called or informed of why it did t show up. I was just silently charged and. Living showed up. Terrible customer service, rude management. I’ll admit I was rude as well but how many times can someone take this type of treatMe too and not be upset?

Website said 'call us', so I did. The girl that answered the phone wouldn't answer my question about if they had a certain product, she just hung up and switched me over to a recording. Hope their service is better in person.
