This company is awesome, I bought a tractor almost 3 years ago and it was an excellent purchase, I have had no problem with the tractor or any support after the purchase, they are also a family company and I believe we need to support more companies like this. My husband died a few months ago and I was faced with selling his tractor and attachments. I knew nothing about tractors and was worried about doing it right. I stopped at Ozark Farm and met Cliff who told me that they sold used equipment. He sat with me and asked what I hoped to get for it. I told him and he said he thought we could get that. Well he got more than I expected. But the most important part is that he did everything he said he would - showed up to see the equipment then sent 2 polite, nice employees to pick the equipment up.
What was really important to me was that I felt I could trust him. He met me at a very vulnerable time and "put an arm around me" rather than taking advantage of me.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cliff and Ozark Farm and Lawn.

I want to say that their parts department sells more than parts! I am repairing my tractor, they not only insured I had the right parts. They insured that the parts I didn't need to remove were going to stay in place. Thank you Russell!

Stan and Ray are excellent in finding the correct parts. I recently did not have all the information on my unit for parts, Stan let me take both parts home to see which fit properly and bring the other back. Ray knows what hay cutter I use, so when I call him, he has the parts ready for pick up. Great bunch of guys. Friendly staff

Sorry it took so long to leave a review. We’ve just been having too much fun with our new Kubota side-by-side and little tractor! We’ve had them for over three months now and are still very happy with them. After years of not too great an experience with a dealer in another state (it was the only one in the area, so we had no choice), Cliff and his team at Ozark Farm and Lawn are what true Southern Hospitality/Friendliness is all about. Before making the final decision on what model to buy, both my husband & sons and I separately went to Ozark Farm and Lawn several times to gather information. Cliff and his staff never tired of explaining or answering any questions we had. Financing was easy, and both vehicles were delivered free of charge. As a fellow brother-in-arms my husband would like to give special recognition to Russ, the delivery driver, for his outstanding knowledge, patience, and attention to detail. The price we paid was very fair. Matter of fact, we had occasion to see an invoice for a brush hog from another dealer from 2015, which at that time was higher than the identical one we had ordered from Ozark Farm and Lawn in 2019 - it’s a long story that ended well thanks to Cliff and his wonderful way of doing business. This is how you make customers for life.

Everyone from sales to parts and service are great to do business with. I’ve purchased 3 pieces of Kubota equipment and wouldn’t buy from anyone but Cliff and associates!
