It was such an amazing and memorable experience visiting this place. Chris was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind host. It is very inspiring to see the place him and his wife created and very clearly love and care about. All animals were very well taken care of and very sweet, including dogs. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place! Hope to be back!

It is such a wonderful and unique experience at the ranch. Chris gave us a detailed and educational tour and showing us each animal he has on the farm. We even had the pleasure to meet with their beautiful cat and spent some quality time with it. The kids and I had so much fun and we would be back again for horse back riding in the spring. Highly recommended for
families and animal lovers.

My son Marek had his birthday party at the ranch back in March, it was one of the most amazing experiences of his life, so much so that he started working at the ranch on the weekends and has been doing so since, now being September. Chris and his wife have a wonderful love for their animals and pride in their property. It has been such an influential experience for my son to get his hands dirty and to love what he’s doing! The wealth of knowledge that Chris and his wife share with everyone who visit is truly amazing! I learn something new every weekend I go to drop off and pick up my son! I also want to put a shout out to Kevin to be as patient as you can be with the dogs, I haven’t met you, I don’t know you, but I do know the dogs are doing their job and I can understand how frustrating it might be to hear them barking at night, but they really do need those dogs out there for coyotes and other loose/roaming dogs that would be able to easily take down any of those babies…

We had a lovely trip to the Red Barn, meeting some friendly and snuggly Maremmas, chicken, alpacas, llamas and horses. Christiann gave us a good tour with lots of information about all the animals. Thanks for that. Definitely gonna come back!

The owner was friendly, welcoming and gave me and my mother a nice tour of the farm. It was very informative and the animals were all so cute! They do have the most of alpacas (we saw a couple babies while we were there too) but they also have a few angora goats, horses, cats and chickens. The giant sheepdogs were also a highlight, they were so friendly and intelligent (and super furry!). The animals clearly recognize and love their owner which was really nice to see. I would definitely bring future animal-loving visitors to take another tour.

We stayed at the ranch through Harvest Host and will definitely be back! Chris and his wife were so kind - they clearly loved showing us around and teaching us (answering our many questions). The alpacas (“the girls”) we met were adorable and had so much personality. Chris knew them all by name - all ~29 of them?! Paint mines is about five minutes away so we took a fun trip there, then in the morning we got to spend more time with the girls and see their shop as well. I bought some alpaca fiber wine bottle sleeves. Chris shared that they sheer the alpacas on memorial day so next year we want to come back and see them with their full fluff!

this place was awesome! me and my friend went while visting CO and wow!! the animals were the sweetest & so beautiful. The farm dogs were also so so sweet. Our tour guide was so great! he explained everything to us & answered all of our questions. awesome price too! definitely is a great place to bring the family & kids or even just yourself!!
