They implemented a new system for loading trucks. A couple months ago. It is now taking anywhere from 3 to 5 hours to get loaded. Add that wait time to get into the dock, and you'll be wasting alot of your clock. When I came here before it was usually in and out maybe 2 hours maybe 2 and a half to get loaded including wait time. Now it absolutely takes forever. So if you're thinking about picking up a load here, don't. They really don't care about a driver's 14-hour clock whatsoever. 11:00 appointment it's now 12:00. The Docks are full.

I could pickup and deliver here every day!!! If only I could be so fortunate. Easy spacing, easy maneuvering/parking easy check-in and easy check-out with a beautiful view to boot!!

The only real reason I'm not giving these guys five stars is because the signage on the road does not exist and there are no instructions on any doors or anything including hours of operation. So in order to test the system I arrived 4 hours early my appointment was at noon and I was given a door about quarter after 11:00 even though I arrived at 8:00. I'm obviously not mad at that but you should know that it does not do you any good to come early. The next thing is that when you turn on your right you will see cars parked it looks like you're coming in to the employee parking and you are but your gate is just beyond that so you must turn. In the employee car parking lot on your left there is a small guard shack you can barely see it until you're on top of it. It's a standard check-in no surprises. Because I was here early they had me Park along the fence that you can see in the picture. There were three trucks waiting so next time I will not bother coming early since there's really no room for that many trucks to be parked along that fence. I will note that it was nice of them to let me come in rather than turn me around. the parking lot is one way in and one way out so there is no turnaround option but you will see you will not need one. You come in facing the correct way and just back into your door when they tell you. There is a large dumpster but no bathroom. It seems that all communication goes through guard shack... and then when somebody comes out to tell you to back into a door. I was watching trucks leave all morning at a rate of about 45 minutes between each. Do not plan on parking on the street I see two trucks that have been there all day but they really shouldn't be where they are it makes it difficult to turn for other trucks. I did however see quite a few trucks on Northgate Street about a mile away. There is some dirt strip parking on Placentia Lane where it meets main Street but those are the only two places I can think of around here that is about 2.5 miles away. The people seem to be no nonsense and polite which is fine with me. The usual tandems back door three is really the only one with any minor issues as far as space for backing. End note: 2pm leaving.

Got at 530 am for a 600 am pick up and waited intel 130 pm to just get to a door left the place at 300 pm the most messed up place ever don't come hear in less your job is on the line I quite my job first

Guard at gate was very nice and helpful and they even let us check in early and get backed into a door , however we ended up sitting there for over 8hrs to be loaded!!!! Watching all the other trucks and drivers come after us and leave b4 us was very frustrating !

The guys working here are rude unprofessional, very slow and they have no idea what the appointment is. I have a part of the delivery here on 10:00am now it’s 3:00 pm and I’m still not unloaded. Next my appointment in another company was on 2:00pm. They don’t even deserve 1 star. It’s too much for them
