I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 81,000 miles on it on for $14,500 on June 29th, 2024. Drove the vehicle 751 miles, and the engine ceased on July 8th 2024. Had a $10,900.41 repair for an engine replacement. Never buy a vehicle as is, especially from Osborne Oil. I reached out to them for some financial help on the engine repair. No response. I'm glad this happened to me and not someone else. Buying a vehicle should be fun, not a financial nightmare.

Went into ditch during most recent snowstorm/white out, and were able to quickly get out the following morning. Got right to setting up and pulled vehicle out without issue, quickly and true to their hourly rate. Thank you!

They took me in on an emergency. Was towing horses and basically lost rear brakes and had two tires that separated a belt after going through construction. They had me in and started in a couple hours and repaired a couple hours later. They stayed late to get me back on the road. Cost was very reasonable given the circumstances!

We were visiting the area from several hours away, and had an issue with an emergency brake that wouldn't disengage. I arrived shortly after opening time (7:00am) on Saturday. Employee said the mechanic would be there at 8:00am. Mechanic rolled in several minutes after 8:00am. Mechanic says he couldn't get to my car for several hours (had other vehicles to attend to, which I totally understand). When asked about other nearby garages/mechanics, all he offered was that there aren't many open on Saturdays: not one recommendation by this gentleman. However, after leaving, I find there's a mechanic no more than three blocks away that was open, and he had me back on the road in 15 minutes! Refraining from even mentioning a garage/mechanic that's three blocks away is shabby. Poor way of conducting business.

This our experience in Saturday 1 o'clock in the afternoon 100 miles away from home.We have a total blow-out in the middle of no where. So we searched on Google and the first place pup out is this guy's Osborne Oil company. So we please a call to see if they can help us, the first thing they say is don't worry everything will be fine we will be there shortly And we waited for 15 minutes. And nice mab pulled out with a rollback truck and immediately jumped in to action, while joking around and easing the mind of my 5 year old daughter. We visited all the way to keosaqua and when we arrived another gentleman got in the game and the next thing I know, "your all set". I highly recommend them and hopefully I can continue using their services.

I was stuck on the boat ramp with trailer and boat and truck locked in park! It was 9pm when I called and by 930pm I was pulled out and paying my bill, he only charged me $75!!! Total lifesaver, incredible price and amazing service! Ty so much!
