It really depends who’s behind desk and even she smiles at you and tells you you’re next but you see others just backed up in docks and you’re still waiting for 2 hours on street and if you check back she would still smile and tells you be patient, I guess I have no choice just to wait another hour maybe they finally have mercy and remember me here waiting
