Looking for a brunch spot, we tried the Omelet Factory in Santee. The atmosphere is big and beautiful. Santee, located in the desert of San Diego, offers a lot of meal options to try. I had the California Omelette with hash browns ($17.49) and a peach juice ($3.99), while others tried the Factory Omelette ($17.99) and a mimosa ($8.99). The meals were big, delicious, and worth trying. The server was nice, but she forgot to bring us boxes, and we waited a long time until I finally asked another server. This experience made me feel less energetic about returning. That's how I feel.

I enjoyed bacon and egg breakfast with the greatest tasting pumpkin spicy hotcakes. Wow, food was So tasty. Great service and very clean restaurant.
Go get a fantastic meal there!!!!

Haven't been here in quite a while & took some 1st timer friends, we were greeted warmly and seated right away with drinks on the table almost immediately!
Had a few questions about how an item was prepared. The waiter explained perfectly and was right on with how it came out.
Chilliquilles Sonora- layer of refried beans, house made tortilla chips topped with melted cheese & red sauce with grilled/charred carne asada, diced onions, cilantro, and sour cream with choice of eggs. The carne had a really good flavor and char, a bit of grissle throughout but very flavorful and tasty!

This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!

Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!

For the first time that I can remember I finished my meal without anyone checking on me. I sat at the bar and was surrounded by server/hostess/expediters and had to flag someone down for a refill.

It was busy but not a full house.

Everyone was super friendly and the food tasted amazing, I just think the workers should know how to check in on a customer.
