12/26/24 has a little bit overnight parking. Normally when I come here they count the load and then send me to the US cold storage place for them to unload completely. This time they sent me to 4400 s 96th st. This is also an Omaha steaks place and I was counted & unloaded here. Unload here was quick no issues for me.

I brought the load from Arizona to this facility only to take it to a cold storage facility once I arrived. It's a whole lot of busy work for no reason. There has to be somebody competent that can inspect the load at the cold storage facility. So far I'm not unloaded and it's been almost 4 hours. It's not a great way to start the morning.

Zero stars. Omaha steaks do not care about drivers time. They unloaded me and reloaded me very quickly then sent me to the lineage on the west side of Omaha and this place will take anywhere from 4-10 hours to unload you. Here's an idea Omaha Steaks why don't you have your own drivers take your extra to the cold storage. Oh and O/O and company drivers the Brokers hide the fact this is a double drop

A real middle of the road experience. They took me in even though I was 2 hours late from issues earlier in the day, and the work that they did was speedy. Both are something that is extremely appreciated and near impossible to find now.

However they did not unload me here; they took each pallet off, inspected it and then loaded it onto the trailer again. After checking the cases they sent me to a Lineage cold storage a few miles away to get unloaded. It just seems unnecessary for a facility this large and with (at least from an outside perspective) not that much traffic.

nonsense. First you wait for them to count the cargo (in reality they only removed four pallets). They sent you to another place to unload. Because of them you missed the next two loadings.
