The resturant outside looks like a beautiful vintage southern style house.
Upon entering I was seated as soon as I entered, was greeted by andrew, he gave me choices, to sit inside or out, I chose outside, very nice seating outside, I notice when entering, they where promoting live entertainment for the dinner this day.
The table I was place at is covered with a biege table cloth that is clean linen, wine glass, appeitizer plate, and untensils wrapped in a table napkins that's linen.
Before my food had arrive I ask to take a look around, and love the seating arrangements. It has a fire place on the left upon entering, there is total of 4-6 areas of seating through out some of the rooms offer open or a private experience, they have 4 themed washrooms which has vintage paintings and current astetics, after doing my litte tour the manger (Lee) brought my food, and ask me if I needed anything else to let him know, secs after Andrew came and ask was everthing ok. I love the chairs they are made up of bamboo, very sturdy
The outside flooring is (wood) colored green, the vibe feels vintage italian to me, its not but it gives me that with a touch of southeren .the lighting decore is very beautiful as well, the fixtures looks like a latern type.
I ordered the granola crusted bannana french bread toast, with brown sugar rum glazed with whipped cream, the presentation for it was very nice 3 slices of french toast bannana bread, whipped cream sits on the side of it with a tin cup filled with the rum glaze, its very soft and moist, the granola bits was better than I expected, I assume it would be crunchy but it was soft and blended so well with the french toast, I also order the veggie burger which is the chipotle black bean patty, fried green tomato, smoked tomato aioli, with house fries.
The burger was well done, toasted bun, didnt even know it was a fried green tomoato once bitten, it was fried very crispy to the point the fried tomato its a delight in the mouth, the aioli sauce was good dipped my house fries inside the sauce which was amazing, the fries was seasoned with just a right amount of sea salt, the sandwhich did come with condiments as well, lettuce, pickles, onions and ketchup, I love the fact it came on the side and not directly on the sandwhich. The only things is my veggie burger was cold on the outside but hot on the inside, I dont know if it was because I sat outside to eat.
After eating I ask for the tab and togo containers, my tab was brought on a fancy vintage tray with a linen napkin, along with my containers , a nice experience, I will return for a futur experience.

Old Vinings Inn continues to impress after all these years.

We recently hosted 22 guests for a birthday party. KT (Karen) and team took exceptional care of us.

We wanted for nothing, and the food was exceptional. Thank you!

We hadn’t been to the Old Vinings Inn in a decade or two and I’m so glad we came back! The food was delicious!!! Crab cake was awesome. Vegetable pasta with added protein was great. And our service with Leer (sp?) was wonderful. He was perfectly attentive without being overbearing and he made a great recommendations. The outside looks like a fire trap but the inside (we sat on the indoor sun porch) was updated and very nice.

Beautiful venue and even more so at Christmas! The food was incredible! We had the fried green tomatoes, dip duo to start with. Some in our party had the cornbread crusted trout and others the fried chicken. We all had the collard greens and we all LOVED everything. Andrew was our server and was knowledgeable and so accommodating! Lori was a pleasure too. We will go back!

Everything one could possibly desire in fine southern dining. The shrimp and grits are the best that I have ever laid my lips on. My server, KT was so hospitable. I felt like a long lost friend had welcomed me home. So put Old Vinings Inn on your bucket list for fine southern dining and cuisine!!!

We had a fantastic brunch today at Old Vinings Inn, celebrating an early Mother's and Father's Day. We were greeted at the door by owner Lee and were quickly seated on the patio. Our waitress, Stacy, did a great job walking us through the menu and making suggestions, as this was our first visit.

We started with the homemade bread basket: chocolate candied bacon muffins, buttermilk biscuits, and a mini cinnamon bundt with delicious pineapple jam and whipped butter. We followed that with veggie omelettes and eggs benedict with fried green tomatoes for our entrées. All really great! Lee and Stacy stopped by several times to ensure we were pleased. For dessert, we ordered the double chocolate candied bacon brownie - absolutely to die for and melts in your mouth!

Lee even gifted my mom a purse holder with an illustration of the Old Vinings Inn and comped our dessert at the end of the meal. A truly memorable experience with top notch service. We will definitely return to try dinner and live music. Thanks again!

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday this past Saturday and we really enjoyed ourselves. Food was tasty and environment was great. Staff and other customers were super friendly. I felt like I was in another world. You get so used to subpar service and restaurants these days. I'm glad to see the Old Vinings Inn is treating customers the way they are supposed to. Will definitely be back.
