Customer service is very rude. Have been going for a long time and have helped take chickens to The vehicle but this time they said they couldn’t and to figure it out even if it take multiple trips. (I understand if they’re busy but the approach is very rude) then he asked to see the receipt on the 3rd trip to the truck and I told him it was in my truck and he said it’s I’ll walk to the truck to look at it. (But was unable to help with anything I purchased)

A good place to buy fresh whole chicken, goat, quail, Rabit and eggs. Need to go in earlier for rabbit, better yet call and check if available.

We had a terrible experience during our first visit. The lady serving customers was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. Although we politely asked for assistance, she dismissed us impatiently, repeating 'next in line' as if we were not even speaking to her. The place wasn't even busy, so her behavior was completely unnecessary. Without customers, she wouldn't have a job, and her attitude was certainly not helping the business.

First time here! Went to buy a turkey for Thanksgiving on Tuesday night. Pretty quick, 30 min wait tops, and I got a nice 12 pounder for $24! The lady had said it would be medium sized (8lbs) but I got lucky. The lady is really friendly, and even speaks Spanish. She was giving out free calendars with a smile. I can see why some people might think she's rude. She's Vietnamese so they have sharp and quick responses sometimes. The place does smell like poultry, but what can you expect from a farm?
