Always super nice and helpful! I appreciate that they are always willing to help my 12 year old daughter. She is the main reason for going, and is addicted to the IGP balsamic. Not everyone is patient when it comes to children and samples. Will continue to return just for the way she has been treated in the store.

Would love to give them a higher review, bcuz my I person shopping experience was lovely. But they offered to ship my purchases from anchorage to juneau so I didn’t have to worry about packing them and charged a reasonable fee to do so… problem is, instead of shipping them in a flat rate priority mail box, they shipped it Parcel Select. It’s been 12 days since I was there in person, and my items that were for Christmas, are still sitting in anchorage. Unbelievable. The bottom of the barrel in shipping priority. I will never order from them or shop with them again. EVER

Great store, so much to look at and taste. Very friendly staff and super helpful. There is a sample table to try all the different oils, very nice. It would be a great place to purchase gifts for just about every occasion, even for those that have just about everything, lol.

Staff was incredibly, patient and helpful. Allowed us to enjoy ourselves and have a good time. At this point in our lives, doing a form of keto diet, this is the new version of "kids in a candy store."

This place is amazing! I needed a gift for my mother on Mother’s Day and they were able to wrap up a great variety of craft foods and sauces are very reasonable price. Really great place for gifts and exquisite tabletop luxuries!

Just had a wonderful shopping experience at Oil & Vinegar in Dimond Mall. Like the other reviews, appreciated the excellent customer service, amazing options for savory to sweet foods, sauces, and so much more. I did several loops around the store so I would not miss anything and Josh, Assistant Store Manager, was incredibly patient and had tons of knowledge about all the products. Oil & Vinegar is a gem, tucked away on the ground floor with easy access from nearby entrances so you don't have to carry your shopping bags far.
