Store was neat and tidy, well lit. Lots of stuff. I was looking for printer labels and there were quite a few choices. And labels were really nice, especially Avery. Very pleased with my visit. Much nicer than online.

I was greeted pleasantly by Ian and offered help but I didn’t need it. The store has been re-arranged and it’s really so nice and makes a lot of sense. At checkout, Ian was fantastic and I saved money and was given some helpful tips. I love this Office Depot location and am so glad it is here for our community!

Great people make this location awesome. Needed to organize and print documents. It took some time but was made to feel right at home. Got it sorted and we were on our way......or so we thought. Came back to our vehicle and a dead battery. Mark came to our rescue, gave us a jump and directions to a place to get it tested. Thank you Mark and staff!!! 👏👏👍👍. In these challenging times it is so encouraging to happen upon such great people.

Nick, print manager is extremely difficult to talk with and has insufficient customer service and professional abilities to be in a supervising role.

I ordered brochures same day for an event, he told me that he couldn’t make them because my PayPal was declined. I was looking at my PayPal and told him I saw it went through - Office Depot called days later saying my order was ready.

The brochures came back folded off and looking horrible. I called and he said they don’t guarantee the folds. I asked if this was posted anywhere and he said no.

I then asked to speak with the general manager and he told me it was illegal for him to connect me and I would have to come in.

Places like this go out of business for one reason…people like nick.

**Just an update, although the social media manager wrote to “fix” the situation, I emailed her weeks ago with no response back.

I generally have very good experiences coming to this location. One very helpful and patient printing service department rep, Aya has consistently been a pleasure to work with. Her assistance alone is deserving of five stars.

The only problem I have experienced more recently is I haven't been getting to work with the usual reps, but rather one very purposely unhelpful worker (I believe he is the copy center manager or supervisor, not quite sure how that happened?!?) I believe his name is Nick. Whenever I go over there and see him as the one behind the counter, I just go elsewhere for that day. If any of the rest of the staff will be waiting on me, I'll stay.

Love most of the staff, but consistently bad service from Nick has greatly reduced the amount of times I shop here (used to be two to three times a week) now a couple of times a month.

Called told shredding $0.99 lb took it in charged $5.00 wasn't made aware of $5.00 minimum either during the call or in store. They should let you know pricing in advance.

we came in a few mins before they closed and Mark helped us out. he’s very straightforward, considerate, helpful, and kind. excellent customer service!
