I haven't been unloaded yet, so I don't know what that's like, but so far, the language barrier is God awful. I arrived early, with the intent to nap before unloading, and a guy came out and woke me up just as I was falling asleep. It was understandable, as even with the language barrier, it was clear he just wanted me to move my truck a few feet. What makes this place awful, however, is that I have been woken three more times for nothing.
The second time I was awoken, it took a tired minute of charades to figure out that they wanted to see my BOL. Fine. Whatever. Unnecessary, but whatever.
The third time they woke me, it was to do another exhausted round of charades to figure out they want me to use door 7 when it's available. Okay. Fine.
The fourth time they woke me, it was to use broken English to tell me door 7 would be available soon. Except, it wasn't, cause there was some kind of delay, and 'hold on, hold on', for an HOUR AND A HALF.
I got here at three. THREE. I read the reviews before hand and figured I might be able to get checked in at 7:30, so I set an alarm for 7:00. I should've been able to get four hours of sleep. NOPE.
Now I'm finally is door freaking seven, and we'll see how long it takes to get unloaded.

If I were you, I'd use 1200 McKee Street as a GPS address for starters. Off of Island Aveue, you turn onto Margaret Street, and then make a Left onto McKee Street. Continue down for about a 1/4 following along the fence.

There is room for overnight parking. They take paperwork from drivers at 8 am in NO certain order, FCFS. Appointments were not honored. THERE IS A DEFINITE LANGUAGE BARRIER with EVERYONE on the dock.

I had a great and pleasant chat with 3 other drivers that were present (IL, Canada, and PA). That NEVER happens.

There is not much room to maneuver if there are a lot of trucks present.

They were fast at unloading once they started on my trailer.

They took my paperwork at 8 am, I was given a door assignment immediately, and I was leaving at 9:20 a.m.

79s to 65s to 51s, turn left onto Margaret, turn left onto McKee. Follow about a quarter mile, they are on the left. Shipping receiving man door located past docks 1-7 on left. Refer door 7 and dryvan door 6. No one here speaks a lick of English but they seem to be polite. Average unload times once backed into a door. Overnight parking for a few trucks. About a dozen Porta John's across from dock 7(but they are NOT maintained). tight docks. Limited room for maneuvering, lucky the street is not very busy.

Arrived at 08:00, unloaded by 08:45. Not an area I’d feel comfortable sleeping in and a definite language barrier with the workers, but can’t beat the efficiency.

Overnight Parking was a Plus. Fast Delivery if you check in at 7:30am a bit tight and nobody speaks English but it’s an open dock and once they started unloading, I was empty in 30min full load of chicken. Dock 7 for reefer and dock 6 for dry. I was 3rd in line and got out by 9:10am not to shabby. About 7 trucks all at the same time.

Very very poor drivers for this company! Almost got hit in Massillon, OH today by one of your drivers.

Very tight area for truckers. No one speaks English on the docks just over the phone when I called about my delivery. I picked up Friday in Iowa scheduled to deliver Monday, but they said I could come in Saturday before 3 pm.

Delivered goods there. Utter chaos. Nobody on site speaks English. This creates a serious problem on so many levels , safety etc. Spent 2 hours waiting to get 8 pallets unloaded. It took all of 10 minutes to unload once we got to that point. I hope I never have the displeasure of delivering there again. I'd rather slather my backside in Vicks and drag it across busted glass than deal with that again.
