I bought a new John Deere lawn tractor and Heather was amazing! So helpful! She then followed up after the sale to see how things were going, and asked if I needed anything.
Then, about 2 months later I had my roof redone and the roofers left an entire spool of roofing nails buried in the leaves. When I was out mulching the leaves I hit that spool and completely trashed my mulching deck and blades. I called Heather and she ordered me the new parts and arranged for a service person to come out and install them. I really could not ask for better service!
Now I just have to deal with the roofers to pay for their negligence.

Maybe two hours? I think that's all it took for them to diagnose and fix my 2013 arctic cat that was at another place in town for almost 2 months and left that place still not running =( I will keep the other place unnamed but can't thank Mike and all the guys in the back in service here enough. I just had my neck fused c3 to c7 and discs replaced with titanium and have more surgery pending and have 4 little kiddos so I wasnt able to work on my wheeler but REALLY needed it running asap for plowing and these guys swooped in for the christmas miracle win!! I am forever thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and for their help and making time for my wheeler today too!!! A little bit of my faith in humanity today was restored just because of them. Thank you!!!!!

Another update. The folks at the Grand Rapids location have it all together now. They are responsive and communicate well so there are no surprises. I am now a loyal customer. Well done.

An update here. I asked for an appointment for my Gator and I got one. I brought it in and the service department went over it with a fine tooth comb and I got it back the same day. It seems as they have their act together and it is quite good. I cannot give a 5 star review due to the previous interaction but things are much better there. I will return.

I wanted to set up an appointment for my Gator to get serviced. They said they did not do that and I should just bring it in and they would get right on it. 7 working days later I stopped in for an update. They said they were one month behind. I got it back without them doing anything to it. Poor service. I have not had this problem on the Floe side. The John Deere service is scant to non existent. Go somewhere else. I am.

Can’t speak highly enough about the team at Northland lawn, sport, and equipment. Went into the process of buying a tractor really with no knowledge of the process. Tom took the time to educate me on the different options. We work together to figure out the right tractor set up for me Based on the projects that I was planning. The entire process was painless. I even did the majority of it virtually as I was working out of town for a couple of weeks. The tractor arrived. Tom took the time to teach me the ins and outs of how to use What is now my favorite piece of equipment! I felt confident leaving the dealership that I could operate the tractor effectively and I was right.

The delivery process was even easier. Donnie showed up with the tractor and all the implements and helped unload them. He Gave me some last minute pro tips on operating the machine and most importantly just made me feel really good about my purchase.

I’d highly recommend using this team for your next lawn and tractor purchase!

They were awesome. I took my wheeler in for clutch repair and new belt. It was quick turn around and great service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I will be bringing more stuff there.

Can’t speak highly enough about the team at Northland Lawn and equipment. Bought a 1025R from Tom and he was awesome to work with. Great communication and awesome customer service. The team was also very helpful as soon as I arrived with loading and running though the machine. I will be back again.

I bought a new John Deere lawn tractor and Heather was amazing! So helpful! She then followed up after the sale to see how things were going, and asked if I needed anything.
