Can’t say enough good things about this place. The people are so kind. We did a patio all on our own and only had to go here to get the final result. They helped us with everything and made it super easy

I purchased 500 Sq ft of sod, grub control and fertilizer. The people were nice and easy to deal with. The sales person was very personable. On the day of delivery the truck rolled up to my home. The pallet was sitting on TOP of the rolls of sod. The rolls of sod were unrolled and some hanging over the side of the trailer. Other rolls were badly torn. I called Northeast Nursery to complain and I was given a number to text only my issue.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Be careful, Do Not Buy from these guys. Let me share my experience with you first. I ordered 40 yards of this so called super loam. The delivery was OK, however right after the truck left, I noticed the loam is not any close to what you see here or claimed on this website. This super loam was actually full of inorganic materials like plastics, glasses, clay and rubber pieces! I also found lots of large sticks and stones which makes this loam completely useless for me. The customer service is even worse as they don’t return your calls nor respond to your emails! I will file against them but be careful about what you deal with.

These guys are the best of the best. Ask the drivers to deliver mulch and try to keep it on driveway not on the grass. They go above and beyond everytime. Today the driver even used a broom to make sure he got it mostly on pavement. Thank you!!

After reading all the 1-star reviews, I guess we all have different experiences… It was right before closing and, Eric, jumped up to help me get the parts I need to make an irrigation repair. I wouldn’t say I found him to be overly friendly, but I found him to be very real, if that makes sense. Similarly, upon checkout, I asked, Maria, some questions about ordering mulch and she went out of her way to explain things to me. Again, not super friendly, but very real and down to earth. After reading some of the 1-star reviews, I’m asking myself why should the employees be super friendly, this is not a hotel, I’m not in vacation, I’m here to get a job done and both employees helped me get the job done. Appreciate you both and thank you. My advice to their employees… haters are gonna hate 😉

This place is the best. They have everything you could ever need for landscaping and hardscaping.

If it's an iteration systems you are looking at Jen, is a Master and is incredibly knowledgeable in getting everything you need.

She took the time to walk me through the setup and got me everything I needed.

I went to this places this morning for the first time and my first impression was that they don't have any customer service skills.
I was looking for a bags of fertilizer for the fall and the girls behind the counter told me they ran out of it. I asked when they are expecting a delivery and she said she had no idea. My next question was if they had any weed killer and she said she had no idea.
She could had ask one of her co-workers but told me to comeback another day.
I went to this place thinking that I would get better customer service than the big box stores but this place is as bad as the big box stores.
